There was another hearing today in L.A. in the case related to Britney Spears August hit-and-run accident. Britney's lawyer, Michael Flanagan, asked Judge T.K. Herman for a continuance because the pop star is under a conservatorship and "isn't qualified at this time to enter into a legally binding matter."
The judge granted a continuance until March 20 and said it would be the last continuance, but added that he realized the 26-year-old needed to be judged legally competent before the case could proceed. The hit and run charges against Britney were previously dismissed, but she still faces a charge of driving without a license.
