Despite the best efforts of "shady" people and questionable lawyers…A judge ruled on Tuesday that Britney Spears's conservator case does not belong in federal court.
It is an issue for the state courts and that's back where it has been sent.
Federal District Judge Philip Gutierrez ruled that Jon Eardley, the attorney who claimed Britney contacted him to contest the conservatorship, "had no authority to remove the case from state court." The judge added that "Mr. Eardley is not Ms. Spears attorney and acted improperly by removing her conservatorship proceeding to federal court."
Hopefully Jon Eardley will get reprimanded by the bar association for lawyers!
Lesson to the "shady" people out there: STOP trying to interfere with Brit Brit trying to get better, bitches.
