Earlier today we saw pics of Britney Spears making her arrival in NYC late last night and I surmised that she was in town to do some promo work for her new single Womanizer … and I was right. Early this morning, Britney gave an on-air interview to radio station Z100’s DJ Elvis Duran and announced that not only is her new album Circus at the near completion stage but that she will “definitely” be doing a world tour next year!!!Click HERE to hear the interview in its entirety but essentially Brit reveals that she just “recut” and mastered some tracks to put the finishing touches on Circus, that she was surprised that she won VMAs this year since she believes she has made better videos in her career and, yes, she is promising a world tour “next year” sometime. OMG … awesome news!!! Additionally, Britney talks about what she misses most about NYC — the pizza. Gurl, I hear that. THIS interview is a must-listen. She sounds great and totally back to her cute, normal self. Woot! I say, Woot!
