Britney To Appear At The EMA's?

Now Magazine says that Britney will make a surprise appearance at the 2008 EMA's which will be held in Liverpool on November 6th.

Britney is nominated for 2 awards, Album Of The Year and Act Of 2008, and on the shortlist for Best Act Ever.
