After Britney picked up her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, from school yesterday afternoon in Los Angeles, California. Britney was accompanied by her father, Jamie Spears, two bodyguards, and a nanny. After piling into their awaiting car, the family stopped by a local McDonalds to pick up some treats!
