Britney's Dad To Stay In Control

The following italicized article is from www.thesun.co.uk:

BRITNEY SPEARS' personal and business affairs will be controlled by her father on a permanent basis.

JAMIE SPEARS was put in charge of the singer's property and finances in February following her public meltdown and the conservatorship was due to end on December 31.

However an LA judge ruled yesterday that Jamie will will stay on indefinitely as co-conservator, with attorney ANDREW WALLETT, following recommendation from Britney's lawyers.

Her court-appointed attorney SAMUEL INGHAM told the judge: "I've met several times with (Britney) and she requested that I not object to the permanent conservatorship."

It is claimed that Britney hopes the move will help her to regain custody of her two children with ex-hubby KEVIN FEDERLINE.

While her case was being sorted out, the singer had another brush with the law yesterday - she got a parking ticket.

Britney's car was parked outside the International Dance Academy in Hollywood while she was shooting her new music video.
