Britney Spears Does Mommy Duty
Britney Spears was on hand this afternoon to pick up her children, Sean Preston and Jayden James, from their Encino, CA preschool. Presumably, Britney will be spending some time with the boys this weekend and was anxious to get the jump on her quality time with them.
It’s a pretty important weekend for our dear Britney. Not only is her new official website BritneySpears.com launching later on today (at the time of this posting, it goes live in 3 hours — 6PM PT, 9PM ET) but her new music video for Womanizer is also world premiering on ABC’s 20/20 tonight (10PM PT/ET). While the world waits with baited breath for both of these occurrences, I sincerely doubt Brit and the boys will be doing anything other than spending quality time with her children … as it should be. Woot!

Womanizer Video: Director's Cut
No, no... This doesn't mean I'm posting the video NOW. But before you call me a dirty trickster, listen up. For starters, the world premiere of "Womanizer" actually won't be until 20/20 is OVER. So that's more like around 11pm ET. (Though I bet y'all will be glued to the TV around 9:30pm, won'tcha? I know my Britney fans. ) But the second and perhaps more exciting piece of news I have is this: The DIRECTOR'S CUT of the "Womanizer" vid will be up and ready watch on Britney.com after it airs on ABC. WTF does that mean? I'll tell you. It means this version will be more, longer, sexier. We can never have enough Britney! I sure as hell can't... xx♥

Accompanied by her father, Jamie Spears, two bodyguards and a nanny, the “Gimme More” singer toted Jayden in her arms while the nanny took care of Sean.
After piling into their awaiting car, the family drove off to make a quick stop at a local McDonald’s to pick up some treats before heading home.

Britney Answers the Question We All Wanted to Ask
The following italicized article is from www.eonline.com:
"I'm a smart person, what the hell was I thinking?" the comebacking pop star asks herself, probably rhetorically, in an upcoming MTV documentary addressing where she went wrong—and how she's getting herself back in the zone after coming thisclose to becoming a total lost cause.
Or worse, yesterday's news.
The appropriately, albeit tentatively, titled For the Record is slated to premiere Nov. 30 on MTV, two days before she turns 27 and releases her sixth studio album, Circus.
Britney Spears is reminiscing about what life was like at the crossroads.

"So much has gone on over the last couple of years and there's a lot that people don't know about me that I want them to know," Spears said in a statement about the 90-minute special, which will feature the divorced mother of two answering what we'd like to believe will be tough questions about her recent past, as well as behind-the-scenes footage of her latest adventures recording, shooting her "Womanizer" video and making personal appearances.
"I wanted to make this film because I started to feel like I wasn't being seen in the light that I wanted to be seen in," she added. "This is an opportunity to set the record straight and talk about what I've been through and where I'm headed."

Britney Sets The 'Record' Straight On MTV
The following italicized article is from www.billboard.com:
Want to know what was going through Britney Spears' head during her darkest days? Tune in to MTV's 90-minute exclusive documentary "Britney: For the Record" to find out.
Airing Nov. 30, "For the Record" documents a three-month period of Spears' life earlier this year, including sessions for her upcoming Jive album, "Circus," and preparations for her appearance on MTV's Video Music Awards.
An MTV spokesperson says "no topic was off limits" during the interviews.
"I sit there and I look back and I'm like, 'I'm a smart person. What the hell was I thinking?,'" Spears says at one point. "I've been through a lot in the past two or three years and there's a lot that people don't know."
"Circus" is due Dec. 2 via Jive. First single "Womanizer" debuted this week at No. 26 on the Mainstream Top 40 chart, No. 96 on the Billboard Hot 100 and moved 44-32 on the Pop 100 in its second week on the chart. It should rise substantially on the Hot 100 next week, after its first round of digital sales are factored in.
The "Womanizer" video premieres tomorrow (Oct. 10) on ABC's "20/20."
