Britney May Never Regain Full Custody

“If one court found she’s not capable of taking care of herself and her affairs, how is another court going to find her able to take care of the affairs of two babies?” The ‘Daily Star’ quoted a family law specialist, as saying. After her public meltdown, Britney is now fighting to be back at top spot.

"Out From Under" A Cover?

First off, as soon as I wrote that title I laughed. It completely wouldn't make sense in any other context other then this. Anyway...

"Out From Under," a new track off Britney's upcoming studio album Circus, is reportedly a cover Joanna Pacitti's version, which appeared on the Bratz movie soundtrack last year.

According to Cheiron-Music.com, Britney re-recorded the track with Guy Sigsworth as the producer. Britney credits Sigsworth in a recent interview, revealing that he worked on two ballads with Britney for Circus, "My Baby" being the other one.

The site continues to say that "Circus," Britney's second single off Circus, is NOT produced by Max Martin despite reports, but by Dr. Luke, Claude Kelly & Benny Blanco! Dr. Luke has worked with Britney before, including producing a track titled "All The Way," in which he describes it as "a feel good, upbeat song." Unfortunately the track did not make the final cut.

But don't think Max Martin got the boot entirely. "If U Seek Amy" is reportedly written by Martin, as well as Alexander Kronlund, Shellback and Savan Kotecha. Martin is also singing backing vocals to the "f-u-c-k me" track.

Dressed as a witch (I think), Britney hid behind her conical hat as she departed from the Halloween fête:
You can see that Brit Brit was rockin’ a witchy black wig while her two friends wore white wigs but it’s evident that she wasn’t really interested in showing off her costume:
Honestly, with all the openness that Britney has been sharing on her official website in recent weeks, I can understand how she might want to lay low every once in a while.

Britney Takes Back Ex Hubby As Butler!

Britney Spears has put her 55-hour former hubby Jason Alexander on the pay roll to be her butler, according to pals.

The pop icon, who has stunned all with her gradual return to stability, offered the job to her childhood pal after learning that he had squandered the 300,000 divorce settlement paid by the singer.

The 26-year-old is trying to help out buddy Jason who has been struggling with his acting and singer career and lived in a grimy flat since the couple split four years ago, according to her close friend.

“She’s going to give Jason all the support she can and make sure he has a decent income so he can keep his dreams alive,” the Daily Star quoted the friend as saying.

The pop princess, whose Las Vegas marriage to Jason ended in less than three days, is said to be happier with ‘the butler’ around.

The friend said: “He’s proving to be a real tonic for her.”

But a judge can't reinstate joint custody without lots of observation - a therapist screened her boys' birthday party in September - and Britney will soon be out of eyeshot. Set to begin in March, her world tour will take her away from LA - and her sons - for most of 2009.
