Britney Spears Pays Homage To Sons Jayden, Sean Preston On A Necklace

The mother of two stepped out in Los Angeles over the weekend wearing a homemade brooch necklace featuring the names of her little boys in black and white block letters.

Spears, 26, lost custody of Jayden James, 1, and Sean Preston, 2, to her ex-husband Kevin Federline in July, but retains visitation rights.

The singer is also working on her sixth studio album - reportedly set for a mid-December release - alongside Kanye West and Pharrell Williams.

Britney Spears, lookin’ pretty smashing IMHO, stepped out on the town last night for dinner out with her peeps and was spied wearing a homemade necklace with her sons’ names on it. Sure, it may not have been the most stylish thing she could’ve worn but something about the way that Jayden and Preston are spelled out with these little letter tiles makes the bauble look all the more endearing:

I still contend that it must be very hard for her to give up the fight for custody of her two sons right now but I believe that she will win back more time with her children as time goes on, as she continues to get better. It’s little touches like this that keeps her sons close to her heart and remind her what she is working towards … a happy and healthy future with her boys. She’ll get there.

Britney Spears Shows Off Her Hawt Bod

Yesterday we got our first look at the first promo image for the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards that features our dear Britney Spears along with VMAs host Russell Brand and a 900 lb. elephant (in the room) which immediately got everyone (me included) all jazzed at the prospect that Britney might be making a return to the VMAs stage to redeem herself. Speculation seems pretty convinced that she will be making a triumphant return to the VMAs stage next month, I personally am just crossing my fingers and hoping for the best (she’s gonna do it, she’s gonna do it, she’s gonna do it). Here are a few new pics of Brit Brit rockin’ a hot bikini yesterday here in SoCal:
She really does look amazing again … she has been lookin’ this good for months now. I will continue to proclaim just how pleased I am at how well Britney has been doing these past few amazing months. She’s on task, ready for action and ready to reclaim her throne atop the pop music scene … I can feel it :) She is such a far cry from where she was around this time last year … and she’s gonna just keep gettin’ better — you’ll see.
