Britney Has The Best Selling Perfume

Britney Spears range accounted 34% of the market, Sarah Jessica Parker 16% and Jade Goody 14%. Katie Price's perfume "Stunning" only accounted for 0.37% of sales.
Beauty manager Siobhan McDermott said: "It's interesting to see Britney is currently enjoying the sweet smell of success whereas Katie is struggling to kick up a stink."

Keri Hilson: Britney Is The Most Dedicated Artist I've Worked With
During a recent interview, Keri Hilson, the mastermind behind ‘Gimme More’, revealed that Britney is by far the most dedicated artist she has ever worked with. According to Keri, Britney, who was heavily pregnant with Jayden, ‘was the size of a house’ but would still spend hours on end in the recording studio laying down tracks for her album ‘Blackout’:“I don’t know if I could be as dedicated as she was. “Having to stand up for hours in her condition and sing? I never would have guessed how normal she is.”
Keri goes on to say that Britney would use her time in the studio as an “escape” from the intense media scrutiny she was put under at the time:
“She was catching so much hell from all corners, but she left it all outside the studio and came in ready to work.”

Britney Spears, who successfully completed the first leg of her tour The Circus starring Britney Spears earlier this month, has been back in LA for a while and has been keeping a fairly low profile. Except for her curious 2-hour car ride with her agent Jason Trawick, Brit Brit hasn’t been seen out and about at all … until now. The Legendary Miss Britney Spears ventured out into public yesterday to make a quick trip to Starbucks … something that old skool Britney fans know is one of her fave activities:
It’s funny … after all the craziness in her life, after all the things she’s been thru there are only a few things about our dear Britney that remain the same … I guess old habits do die hard. But it seems clear to me that we’re now dealing with an older, wiser Britney Spears. She’s been home for a couple of weeks now and she’s decided to stay home for most of that time. No partying, no shopping … no nothing. It appears that she is resting up as much as she can before she has to start up her tour again and head over to London, England for an 8-night residency at the O2 Arena, followed by a few dates in other parts of Europe. Britney Spears has finally grown up, y’all. And it’s about time. Keep your head low, girl. You are deffo on the right track now.

Britney's Bills as Hefty as Ever

Sure, Spears' estate shelled out more than $3 million in legal fees between Feb. 1, 2008 and Dec. 31, including the $625,000 she was ordered to hand over to Kevin Federline for his family court expenses.
But she had plenty left over, considering she racked up bills of $447,634 for security; $49,387 for home repairs and maintenance; $105,000 to rent her Malibu digs; and $178,818 for childcare.
Other expenses that qualify Spears' status as rich: $188,556 on assistants and other employees; $285,594 in mortgage payments; $5,998 for "decorations"; and $1.06 million in "miscellaneous business expenses."
All told, Spears spent upward of $10 million during those 11 months.

From March to December Brit blew $447,633.69 on security alone. Six months of household repairs and maintenance ran her $49,387.22.
Britney also spent $625,000 to pay Kevin Federline's lawyers, as ordered by the courts. In the docs, the payments are referred to as "Federline Fees."
K-Fed ain't doin to bad either -- from March to December, Britney kicked over $178,818.00 in child support payments.
Grand total expenses for Brit between Feb. and December -- $10,116,678.23.
But the best part: Britney definitely felt the Christmas spirit -- she spent $3400 just to hang lights.

Papa Spears -- If You Hurt Britney, I Hurt You
The following italicized article is from www.tmz.com:Britney Spears' dad claims allegations that he battered Sam Lutfi last year are completely bogus -- because Jamie Spears believes he had a legal right to beat his ass if he wanted to ... but Jamie is coy about whether he actually did it.
In legal papers filed today, Jamie is very careful to not admit he punched Lutfi in the chest at Brit's house last year -- as Lutfi suggested in a recent lawsuit. However, Jamie says the law allows him to open a can of whoop ass if the situation calls for it -- and according to the docs, the Lutfi situation called for it.
Jamie claims "he was provoked" by Lutfi and was "privileged to use force in and about the matter complained."
He adds, "Any necessary force may be used to protect from wrongful injury the person or property of oneself, or a wife, husband, child, parent or other relative or member of one's family."

Britney's Jury of Her Peers -- Ding Dang

Jon Eardley, along with Sam Lutfi and Adnan Ghalib, are bound by restraining orders after the conservators convinced a judge they were harassing Britney and her family.
Now Eardley says a jury should have made that decision and wants a new trial.

Britney Spears 'Wants To Be A Teacher'?

Britney 'Plans New Europe Tour Setlist'

The star, who kicks off her mini-residency at London's O2 arena on June 3, is expected to alter parts of 'The Circus: Starring Britney Spears' with new mixes and dance routines.
