Britney Spears tops the North American tour scene. Brit’s 37 shows in 30 cities resulted in an average of 20,498 tickets sold per show at an average price of $99.29 for a total gross of $61.1 million.
North America’s #1 grosser – Britney – finished third worldwide – 48 shows in 33 cities at an average ticket price of $95.04 and grossing 74.6 million total for the first half of the year.

Swedish Photogs Unhappy With Britney Spears
The following italicized article is from www.ok-magazine.com:There could be less cameras flashing at an upcoming Britney Spears concert in Stockholm if four newspapers there carry out their boycott threat: Major papers Dagens Nyheter, Svenska Dagbladet, Expressen and Aftonbladet all say they won’t send their photographers to her show unless she ditches some rules she has on how the images can be used.
The papers are mad about restrictions on reselling the pictures and being prohibited from publishing them more than 30 days after the concert.
Dagens Nyheter photo editor Roger Turesson told the Associated Press Friday “the next step would be to tell critics they can’t write anything critical.”

Britney Spears is Belgium Bound

Toting Jayden in her arms, Brit and her entourage decamped from the Hyatt Grand Champion resort on July 8 to begin the short trip to Belgium, where she’ll be performing tonight.

Britney's Former Pal -- They Ruined My Life!
The following italicized article is from www.tmz.com:Britney Spears' former BFF has filed legal papers in his defamation lawsuit against Britney and her parents, claiming they have ruined his life.
The devil Sam Lutfi claims Lynne Spears' book about her famous daughter is a pack of lies, especially the part in which she says Sam told her he secretly ground up pills and put them in Britney's food.
Lutfi says as a result of the book, "I am constantly in fear for my life..." He says he was "harassed and cajoled by the public." If our memory serves us correctly, Lutfi was cajoled long before Lynne's book was published.
Lutfi trotted out his own cast of character witnesses in the new legal docs -- notably the infamous Adnan Ghalib -- currently being prosecuted for felony battery. Adnan wrote a declaration, claiming Lynne's assertions that Sam was effectively holding Britney hostage were false.

Britney Spears: Eiffel Tower Family Fun
The following italicized article is from www.celebrity-gossip.net:Fitting in a little time with her young sons, Britney Spears visited the Eiffel Tower in Paris, France with Sean Preston and Jayden James on Tuesday night (July 7).
With a few members of her entourage along for the outing, the “Gimme More” singer toted Jayden in her arms while Sean got a lift from one of the helping hands.
As for her trip across Europe for the Circus tour, Miss Spears just finished up her string of shows in the French capital city the previous night.
The group will soon be heading off to Belgium, where Brit will perform on Thursday night before continuing along with a lineup of shows overseas running through July 26.

The day before, Britney donned a flirty white dress as she headed out for the first performance of her 3-night run in the French capital, looking a bit worn out.
Miss Spears will perform in Paris yet again tonight (July 6th) before moving on to Antwerp, Belgium; Copenhagen, Denmark; and Stockholm, Sweden over the next week.
