And this lock-lengthening comes at a pretty steep cost. While he won't name the number on this specific price tag Vo reveals to OK! that, “a house call for new extensions can be up to $6,000.”

But unlike some celebs who save their millions by using their fame to get free cuts, colors and styles, Vo tells OK!, “We will be sending her a bill.”

Maybe Brit could auction off that pink wig on eBay!

Britney Spears: The Grammy Awards Can "Kiss My A--"

Brit Attempts An Inside-Out Makeover

Britney's Problems Are Tearing Kevin Apart

But K-Fed remains heartbroken that he has to keep their two young sons, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, away from Britney, 26, particularly now that her stay at the Stewart & Lynda Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital at the UCLA Medical Center has been extended until February 19. Despite the difficulty of keeping the boys away from their mom, "he feels like it will all be worth it in the end," added the insider.

At least Kevin, 29, can take comfort in knowing that his burden is now being shared by Britney's parents, Jamie and Lynne. "Kevin is relieved that Britney's parents have finally been able to step in and force her to get help." Only time will tell if this stay in the hospital will finally work.

"Kevin is worried about Britney because he knows she must be going through hell right now, but his main concern is that she will not be in treatment long enough to turn things around." He is concerned that she will not get past the anger that she feels so intensely and start seeing the opportunity for healing and change she has in front of her, according to the insider.

EXCLUSIVE: Sam Lutfi Admits He Gave Britney Spears "A Handful Of Pills"

Sam Lutfi, who is now on the receiving end of a restraining order imposed by Britney Spears' parents, was the one person by her side as she unraveled over the past six months.

In the latest issue of Us Weekly, on newsstands now, Spears' de facto manager and confidant opens up about her bipolar disorder, how he medicated her, what happened the night she was hospitalized, and how her parents reacted.

"In the depressive episodes, it's all crying," Lutfi tells Us. "But in the manic episode, there's very little crying or sympathy or compassion. She becomes another person. She becomes somebody that just doesn't care about anybody or anything."

"The British accent is part of the mania," he adds. "She'll stick to the British accent because she becomes comfortable with it... But you know, when the pink wig comes on, it's getting bad."

Lutfi says that when Spears was involuntarily committed to treatment at UCLA Medical Center on January 31, her mom, Lynne Spears, arrived and tried to remove her daughter from his guidance. "Well, he is better family than you guys will ever be," Spears responded, according to Lutfi.

Lutfi tells Us that he gave Britney "a handful of pills" before her parents arrived. "I said these pills are working wonders, they are miracle pills," he recalls. Spears, Lutfi says, agreed that the meds were helping her sleep.

(In their restraining order against Lutfi filed yesterday, Spears' parents accuse him of drugging their daughter and being verbally abusive. Jamie, who has been named as his daughter's conservator, "is doing what he has to do to save Britney," a source tells Us.)

Spears is one of nearly six million American adults suffering from bipolar disorder, a mental illness consisting of extreme shifts in mood, thought, energy, and behavior patterns.

Lutfi, 33, tells Us only he, Spears, and her psychiatrist know what brought on her bipolar disorder "roughly five years ago."

When the ambulance arrived to take Spears, "she was very quiet," Lutfi tells Us.

"When I told her, she wrote me a note and put a big heart on it and it said, 'I love you, Sam. Are there people coming? Circle yes or no,'" Lutfi recalls. "Oh, my God, it was funny, just the cutest little thing. I circled yes and I gave it back to her, and she looked at me and she's like, 'Oh, lord, here we go again.'"

Attorneys are fighting on Spears' behalf to take conservatorship away from Jamie. Having Jamie in control of her estate and medical decisions is a worst-case scenario for Spears, sources tell Us.

Britney Goes Ballistic Over Court Ruling

The fragil singer had reportedly just learned about a judge's ruling earlier in the day which made her father, Jamie Spears, temporary conservator of her medical and financial affairs.

According to TMZ, Britney was screaming at the top of her lungs (about her parents), "I'm so sick of all this! They can have the God Damn house and stick it up their f**king asses! Actually, no they can't."

Britney reportedly sounded drugged up on the phone and was furious that her dad had been made conservator of her estate. At times, she was impossible to understand--at one point screaming "Nobody's taking my house. Who is my family?"

Britney went on to say that she did not want her parents near her home and that she would go to court to fight them. According to TMZ, the pop star seemed under the impression that she was getting out of the hospital tonight.

Sources say Britney learned of Friday's ruling from her lawyers at Trope and Trope. OK! was at court today when the commissioner declared Trope and Trope the only people Britney was to continue communicating with.

Of the ruling, a source close to Kevin Federline tells OK!, "We're thrilled...Jamie is the best choice. It's not that Lynne isn't qualified, but Lynne has a hard time saying 'no' to Britney, and that could become a conflict of interest, just like when Lynn wanted to be Britney's court appointed monitor on Oct. 30. It wasn't good then, and it's not good now."

Access Exclusive: Lutfi Lashes Out At Lynne: 'She's Only Concerned

Brit's Standoff With Sam

With the sugary pink wig, did the sweet disposition go as well?

Taking control, Brit eventually drove the car the short distance home.

Hey, since the car's just a rental, it's no surprise that Britney would want to get as much time behind the wheel of that cute little Mercedes.

Britney Thinking Pink But Seeing Red?

Britney Spears Lapses Into A British Accent

Britney Spears has a new accessory to go with her pink wig: a British accent.

In the last several weeks, Spears, 26, has been videotaped numerous times trading her Louisiana twang for U.K. inflections.

"She had the English accent thing going the whole time," said Kitson store owner Fraiser Ross, about Spears's 2 a.m. shopping spree last Thursday. "It didn't stop."

Even when angry, the accent appears. On an L.A. shopping trip to Macy's on Jan. 13, she screamed at the paparazzi, "Get out of my G------ face!" – in a British accent.

So is it all in fun or has she flipped her pink wig?

"When someone has dissociative identity disorder" – formally known as multiple personality disorder – "each identity is split off from the other," says L.A. psychologist Renee A. Cohen, who is not treating Spears. "Each would have its own name, memories, behavioral traits and emotional characteristics."

Cohen says the critical question is: "When Britney uses the British accent, or appears to take on another identity, does she know she's Britney Spears?"

"Otherwise, she could simply be behaving this way for attention, for sympathy, or any other reason," adds Cohen. "It's foolish to attempt to diagnose her without a formal evaluation."

One possible influence could be Spears's maternal grandmother, Lillian Bridges, who was originally from England. Also, Spears's new beau, photographer Adnan Ghalib, grew up in Birmingham, England.

According to paparazzi who trail the singer around the clock, one thing is for sure: the pink wig means something's changing.

"When she puts on the pink wig, you just know something crazy is about to happen," said one paparazzo.
