Reports are coming in that Dr. Phil is going forward with his "exclusive" show on Britney this Monday, titled "Britney Spears: The Truth & The Rumors."It's just whispers but I thought I'd let you know. Remember he's cancelled this show before so, take this with a grain of salt.
