So one of the paps recently gave a interview to a important Brazilian magazine. His name is Filipe Teixeira and he is from Brazil.Here's what he said:
VEJA Magazine: How's the relationship between Britney and the paps?
FT: Usually, 30 paps follow her. Some are trustworthy some aren't, and I am one of the trustworthy ones. Sometimes at night she just appears just she can be photographed, so she can help us out. Sometimes we show her the pics, and she deletes the ones she doesn't want.
VEJA Magazine: How is her house?
FT: It is huge. Britney takes care of it all by herself. She doesn't have housekeepers. Everything is elegant and very organized. I did not see any clothes laying around on the floor. She has a lot of pics of her kids around the house, but doesn't talk about them a lot. When we ask her about them, she gets sad.
VEJA Magazine: Do you think she is normal?
FT: Yes! She doesn't go out to drink, it has been proved that she doesn't do drugs, doesn't drive under the influence. The reason people say she is crazy is because she goes to the supermarket wearing pajamas or eats an hamburger in public. Things that every American does.
VEJA Magazine: But she shaved her head, hit a car with an umbrella...
FT: She had a lot of problems, she had just divorced, was afraid to lose her kids. She just exploded.
VEJA Magazine: Do you know her new bf Adnan Ghalib?
FT: Everybody knows why he is with her. He just wants exclusive pictures of her.

JUDGE FED UP WITH BRITNEY CASE

J. Michael Flanagan made the confident prediction outside the California court where he had been defending the troubled pop princess over last August's case.
Spears had bumped into a car in a Los Angeles car park without a valid Californian driver's licence. The owner of the damaged car filed an accident report at a local police station days later but a financial settlement settled the hit-and-run aspect of the case.
A charge of driving without a valid licence remains, however, and yesterday Judge T. K. Herman expressed frustration the case was taking so long to resolve.
He adjourned it until February 20th, by which time lawyers must either be ready to settle or face trial. Spears could face up to six months in prison or a $1,000 (£505) fine if convicted.
She had been issued with a temporary Californian drivers' licence after passing a written test.

Sources close to Sam tell TMZ he is very upset anyone would even think he took money to set up Britney Spears. As we reported on Thursday, Sam was questioned by K-Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, on his relationship with X17 and his financial situation. "All he is trying to do is save a life," our source explained. "The only ones making money off of Britney is the media."
As for the negative stories about his relationship with Brit, our source says Sam would "never ask the media to print a lie or anything positive about either of them. Just print the truth."

"Truth" Time For Clemens, Spears

The Moment of Truth's executive producer Howard Schultz tells us he has indeed written a letter requesting baseballer Roger come on the program to confront rumors that he's received steroid injections to improve his performance.

Britney Spears' Lawyer Granted Delay In Driving Lawsuit

MICHAEL FLANAGAN, the "Toxic" singer's lawyer, has won a delay in the lawsuit against Britney, according to the Associated Press. The parties now have until Feb. 20 to reach a plea or schedule a trial.
The postponement buys Brit's lawyer time to hash things out with the prosecutor, who according to Flanagan, wants the pop star to plead guilty to a misdemeanor for driving with a Louisiana license in California, the AP reports.
Britney was born in the Bayou state and owns homes there, but because she lives in Los Angeles, she is required to get a California license.
Flanagan claims his client did just that a week after the charges were originally filed, according to the AP.

I mean, its hard for me to find people in their twenties who aren’t going out and partying. So I mean, she’s, the fact is that, ya know, its just that people are focusing on the negative things that she’s doing right now because it sells more papers and things like that.
Now, I don’t necessarily agree with everything that she does, obviously, but I don’t necessarily really think that some of things that she’s doing are abnormal that…that they are saying are abnormal.
Now some of the stuff, I absolutely don’t agree with.Some of the stuff tho, I think is blown way out of proportion and taken out of context.
DJ: But I think in our society we live with the nature of the beast that because of the mediums that we have that you can get stuff so fast and everything.
JC: Absolutely. And everybodys so quick to end up…..the weird part is that everybodys so quick to judge.I mean, I will be honest, ya know.There are chicks that are going, who are out at a bar, and having a conversation going:“I can’t believe she’s going out and getting so wrecked with her two kids at home and blah blah blah”.Meanwhile, they’re at a bar getting trashed. You know what I mean? Like, .. uh again, because its… because its instead of,ya know, instead of its their next door neighbor doing it, its her doing it. So it becomes something to pass judgment on and things like that.

Britney Super Bowl Bound?

Sucks that the commissioner won't take into consideration the unique circumstances of Britney's case.Looks like the picture they used of Jayden is from the "my integrity isn't for sale" photoshoot by Dani Brubaker. "There wasn't ever a temptation, no matter what they offered. What I captured of her and the kids is truly beautiful and I just would not be able to live with myself to see those images in a tabloid."

Britney's License Case Needs More Time
The following italicized article is taken from www.ok-magazine.com:With all the buzz surrounding her custody case, Britney Spears' other legal issues seem to have fallen by the wayside. But on Friday a lawyer for the embattled pop star appeared on another one of Spears' cases--driving without a valid license.
According to the A.P., Spears' attorney, Michael Flanagan and prosecutor Michael Amerian appeared before a judge and said they had been unable to agree on what the law applies. They asked for more time and were given until Feb. 20.
Superior Court Judge T.K. Herman said if the two parties could not agree after that, the case would go to trial.
The case stems from an August incident in which Britney was videotaped bumping a car with her mercedes as she was trying to park. She left the scene after checking out the damage to her own fender.
The owner of the other car later filed a police report and Britney was charged in September with both a midemeanor hit-and-run, and driving without a valid license. The hit-and-run charges were dismissed in October after Britney paid an undisclosed sum to the owner.
At the time of the accident, Britney was driving with a valid Louisiana state license but did not have a California state license. According to the law, a person who is ''domiciled'' in California is required to get a California license. Britney did so within a week after the charges were filed.
''There's no dispute about the facts here,'' Flanagan said Friday. ''The dispute is about what the law is that's appropriate to the facts.''
