Britney Banned From Beverly Hills Hotel

One face you won't be seeing reveling in splendid luxury, however, is pop wreck Britney Spears. A source at the hotel told PageSix.com that the staff has "specific instructions to turn her away. People come here to get away from that. She brings too much 'trouble' with her."

The source explained that the entire staff was required to attend a meeting recently that was specifically about turning away the "Toxic" mother of two. "There is one person assigned to come outside and start directing the process of getting her turned away," the source revealed.

Although Brit has been denied, our source reveals, "She doesn't listen. She comes back anyway." Like she did on February 6 (pictured), when, fresh out of the psych ward, she checked in to meet with paparazzo boyfriend Adnan Ghalib and an attorney. Paparazzi mobbed the hotel as the singer arrived, and LAPD officers were called in. Later that night, Jamie Spears arrived, allegedly wanting to take his daughter home. Police presence was increased before Brit and Adnan were secretly driven home by another paparazzo.

There's no room at this inn, Britney, but luckily there are plenty more hotels in L.A. that might accommodate you and your traveling circus.

Sam Lutfi Reportedly Demanded Money from Britney Spears

Sam Lutfi "made various demands" of Britney Spears, "including demands for money," court documents in the singer's conservatorship case claim.

The revelation was part of a declaration submitted by attorney Jeryll Cohen, who is representing Jamie Spears, Britney's father and co-conservator.

Cohen said that Spears' business manager, Howard Grossman, told her of the "numerous emails" from Lutfi with the demands.

Cohen is seeking the dismissal of Grossman by Spears' conservators – Jamie and attorney Andrew Wallet – because, in part, he will not turn over the emails despite a court order

Cohen's filing claims that despite a court order stating that Spears lacked capacity to retain an attorney, Grossman arranged for a meeting between Spears and Adam Streisand, an attorney who claimed to represented the singer.

Also, the declaration says that Grossman authorized one of Spears' Mercedes to be delivered to her at the Beverly Hills Hotel despite a court order to only release her cars to representatives of Jamie or Wallet.

With Jamie in charge, Lutfi was banned from contacting Spears.

Jamie and Wallet were named co-conservators of the singer's legal, medical, and financial decisions on February 1.

The court's decision to put them in charge was the worst-case scenario for Spears, sources told Us, as she has never been close to her father (who battled alcohol abuse during her childhood and was verbally abusive).

Spears was released from the UCLA Medical Center on February 6 after a week of treatment. She had been expected to remain hospitalized for another 10 days.

The singer was involuntarily committed to treatment for bipolar disorder on January 31.

Brit's Manager Allegedly Uses Mercedes Ploy

Lawyers for the conservators accused business manager Howard Grossman of ignoring their ground rules. One lawyer wrote in a declaration that she told Grossman "he was not permitted to give Britney any money, credit cards or access to money or credit cards or to meet with her ... at the Beverly Hills Hotel or anywhere else.

"The lawyer claims Grossman defied the order by meeting Brit at the Bev Hills Hotel last week. Spears' Father: 'You Are Going To Die'

Britney's Mental State To Be Debated In Court Today

Britney's First Night Home From The Hospital

He was briefly escorted to a room, but later returned to the Summit house, where Spears, Ghalib, and the singer's mother, Lynne, were all gathered.

After midnight, Lynne drove away from the house in her Range Rover. Mobbed by photographers, she ducked behind the steering wheel to shield herself from the snappers.

As night turned into morning, Spears and Jamie remained inside the house.

Spears's confidante, Sam Lutfi – who has been accused of drugging Britney and has been ordered to keep his distance from the singer – has yet to resurface.

Update: The story so far!

Basically, Ghalib who was called directly by Britney upon her release, she had requested for Adnan to meet her at the Beverly Hills which he did, but unaware of the technicalities of her release. That people, at this moment remains the same. A mystery.

Lots of rumors.

Time will tell...

Adnan has been in contact with her parents previous to today’s events, and as the day has unraveled they have all agreed to get Britney safely back to her home so that she can get the medical care and love that she deserves.

We can reveal that Britney’s family, including Adnan are taking care of Miss Spears at The Summit and are all doing very well.

We hope and believe this is the true start of her recovery.

Update: After spending most of the evening with The Spears at The Summit Adnan left and went back home at 2.30am. This to give the family some alone time.

Beverly Hills Police Department is attempting to control the swarm of paparazzi that has conveened on the Beverly Hills Hotel. It is now reported that Britney Spears and a Male Companion believed to be Fillipe, have run into the hotel, leaving they're black Mercedes SLK 320 with the vallet.

Update: X17 is now reporting that the person who was with her in the car earlier is not Fillipe but a bodygaurd employed by Britney's father Jamie.

Photographers Issued Traffic Tickets After Chasing Britney Spears

PageSix.com has just spoken exclusively with Sergeant Fox of the Beverly Hills Police Department. Fox told us that "Four photographers were issued traffic tickets for impeding traffic after chasing Britney Spears down Coldwater Canyon to the Beverly Hills Hotel where Ms. Spears is currently."

The photographers were blocking traffic on Sunset Boulevard outside of the Beverly Hills Hotel. Sgt. Fox goes on to tell us that two other photographers were issued parking tickets as well. Earlier this week several photogs were also placed under arrest for reckless driving while chasing Brit.
