But photos have emerged that show her looking exactly the same. She has awful looking torn fishnet stockings on, and worse she is again braless. Her extensions are a disaster.

While this is certainly par for the course anymore in the life and times of Britney, some believed that she was actually going to at least make an attempt to at least look better. Page Six reported earlier that her goal was an "inside out makeover."

They had this report: "Celebrity hairstylist Kim Vo spent four hours at Britney's house yesterday working on the pop star's hair. A polite and calm Britney requested a "longer and sexy" 'do and was overheard on a phone call saying, "I want to start focusing again; I want to figure out the system," Lo tells E!'s Daily 10.

"OK! Magazine reported that according to some who have seen her these last couple days, things appear to be looking up for the singer. "Her focus and clarity are noticeable," says one fortunate witness who had the chance to look on as Brit worked on her routine for her upcoming video. "Almost like the old Britney we've known and loved."

On the makeover Lo advised her to "put the wigs away, this is crazy. You don't want to be crazy," to which Britney laughed. She must not have listened, the look above is the result.
