LA County Court Commissioner Scott Gordon filed the paperwork today that officially ended the custody battle between Britney and K-Fed. The hearing started around 2 p.m., and around 3:15 p.m., K-Fed's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, arrived at the courthouse and signed off on the settlement.
As you may remember, on July 17, Kaplan broke the news that Britney gave K-Fed sole physical and legal custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James. The next day, attorneys for both parties appeared in court to finalize the agreement, but it was never actually made official and "converted into a legal document with the court" until now.
