Britney has been officially announced as the headlining act in a mega-concert in New York City on December 12. Madison, Wisconsin radio station Z104's Fall Fly Away contest is touting a prize of a flight to NYC and tickets to see our girl Brit as well as a Chris Brown, Katy Perry, David Archuleta, Leona Lewis, Ne-Yo and Jesse McCartney.
