After dinner at Sur last night, Britney was spotted heading to the Van Nuys dance studio in Beverly Hills with her assistant Brett. Wearing dark sunglasses and a baseball cap, Britney did her best to hide from the paparazzi as she made her way into the studio.
Britney revealed in a promo released earlier today that dancing is her therapy. Dance away Brit!
