Lawyers for the singer asked a Los Angeles court last Friday to order Lutfi, who once was her manager, to pay $123,142 to cover Spears's legal fees for the courtroom battle over the restraining order.
In addition, her lawyers are seeking $129,922 from Jon Eardley, an attorney who has challenged Jamie Spears's control over his daughter, and $72,292 from her ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib. Both Eardley and Ghalib were also ordered to stay away from the pop star.

Britney Spears former husband Kevin Federline is having to move because he can’t afford to live on $40,000 a month, a new report claims. Britney Spears’ ex-husband is allegedly having a tough time making ends meet, according to a report in the National Enquirer.
The magazine claims K-Fed blows the $40K he gets from the pop princess every month – and has gone through the $2 million he got when the former couple sold their Malibu home. The Enquirer claims he spends $2000 a month on food, $1500 a month on utilities, $2800 a month on a nanny for the couple’s two sons and $3000 a month on bodyguards.
The report claims he also has a fully stocked bar, allegedly spending up to $800 a month on top-shelf booze. His five-bedroom home in Tarzana, just north of Los Angeles, also costs a whopping $7500 a month to rent.
Even ex-girlfriend Shar Jackson takes a cut, according to the item, as K-Fed pays the household bills for her and his two children with her. He has also reportedly been pouring tens of thousands of dollars into making a second CD, even though his first one was a flop. Now he is set to move from Tarzana to the less expensive area of Chatsworth, the magazine says.

Oh my...someone using Britney to get publicity for himself? I'm shocked...
After 2 months on the road with her tour The Circus starring Britney Spears, our dear Britney Spears has successfully completed the first leg of her touring plans. Earlier this week, Britney played her last North American show in Montreal, Qc Canada and has already returned home to SoCal to rest and relax for a bit before she flies off to the UK to begin the second leg of her tour next month. Here are a couple pics of Britney’s arrival in SoCal this week: I can imagine that Brit Brit is really lookin’ forward to some downtime off the road, back home in her own digs. But, there really is no rest for the weary … Britney’s manager Adam Leber just posted a tweet to his official Twitter profile letting us know that there are plans to rework and rechoreograph a few numbers for the European leg of the tour (which starts up on June 3 when Britney plays 8 dates in London). It’s pretty amazing that Britney is still up for working this hard, after this stretch of touring. True, some bands tour for longer than 3 months at a time and still manage to soldier on but considering the state Britney was in just a little over a year ago? Yeah, I’m very impressed. Rest up, Britney! And keep up the great work!
For days/weeks/months I've been hearing y'all say: OMG I can't believe they force Britney to release 'Radar'...OMG I can't believe they won't let Britney put her own written songs on her album...OMG I can't believe they make Britney lipsync.....
For Christ's sake...does it ever occur to you that she might make those desicions?
Just look at the video..look how passionate she is about this album...does she look like she's being forced to release it?
Britney is Jive's #1 artist...what she wants she gets...yes, they can force her to go on stage but they cant force her to actually do somethin' on stage...she can just stand still on the stage and not do anything...they can force her to go to music video shoots but they cant force her to do anything when the camera is rolling, she can just stand there looking angry at camera....they can force her to go to a recording studio but they cant actually make her sing...
And maybe Britney herself chose 'Radar' because she likes it...maybe it's one of her favourite tracks...
Maybe she made the decision not to sing live because she knows it would be impossible to sing live during Radar, Piece Of Me, Get Naked, Toxic, BOMT, MATM, Boys, IUSA, Touch Of My Hand and Hot As Ice..maybe she was the one who said 'I wanna put on a show...a spectacle..I dont wanna sing every song live'...
And the set list...Britney said in that little interview in September/October on Britney.com that she couldn't wait to tour because she really wanted to use the songs on Blackout and Circus seeing as how she didn't have the chance to tour earlier...and voila..the set list consits mainly out of songs from Blackout and Circus...and guess what...the one's who don't like the set list say: Oh she was forced to do those songs..Im sure Britney prefers the songs I WANT on the set list...
And maybe Britney is the one who chose not to include some of her own written songs on the album...we all know Britney isn't the best writer out there...we all know her dance songs wouldn't do well...maybe she only wrote 10 ballads...seeing as how Britney wants to dance which she says in the interview above she chose the songs produced and written by other people because they're better...Britney's been doing this for 10 years now...she knows what makes a hit...look at Circus it was #3..her 3rd biggest hit of her entire career...and look at IUSA..it was #19...doing better then 14 other Britney singles...
Just because Britney doesn't do what you want her to doesn't mean she's being controlled...it probably means she doesn't like a certain song as much as you do....
And yes, Britney isn't doing a lot of interviews these days..and why should she?
Y'all say 'oh but she doesn't have to talk abou what happened in '07'...really? But if that's so then why did y'all criticise her for not talking about everything that happened in 'For The Record'? For The Record was an interview but y'all criticised her for not talking openly about 2007.
And that puts her in a though position. She can either go on a talk show and talk about everything resulting in her probably crying and being a mess and feeling depressed and y'all would slaughter her for reacting that way...or she can go on a talk show and talk like nothing happened and get slaughtered by you and the press for acting as if nothing happened...
Even with the incident on stage the other day...I was stunned by the reacting some of you people had...'Oh my why does she react so weird...whats wrong with her'...SHE'S UNDER A CONSERVATORSHIP FOR A REASON YALL!
To close it off I'm just gonna say one more thing and then I'll end my little rant..y'all say 'Why cant she be like 2003 Britney and be open and stuff...it must be Jamie forcing her to be quiet'...COME ON!
I would like to see if y'all would still be the same person if you went through what Britney went through...not only does your personality naturally changes from 22 to 27 but she's also been through a lot of stuff....
Would you still be the same person you are now if you shaved your head, got followed by the paparazzi 24/7 for years, lost custody of your children, got drugged by someone you thought was a friend of yours, having a mental breakdown, being slammed by the press for years and years, being wheeled out of your house strapped to a gurney while having CNN cover it live?
Can you honestly say that after that you would still be the same person you are now?

It's no secret to anyone who lives on this planet, Britney Spears is an icon. Love or hate her, she's definitely made her place in history. The "Princess of Pop" is making her way through the U.S., and now the world on her comeback Circus tour and needless to say, she's not going anywhere. As a long-time Britney lover, I have long contemplated why I've stayed her fan. I was there during her virginity scandal with Justin Timberlake, and for the famous head-shaving fiasco. But I always told the naysayers she would be back...
1. She is a performer She's never made herself out as a powerhouse singer, and that's what I?love about her. She put on one hell of a show for her last tour (and previous tours as well) and kept me fully entertained for her two-hour set. Her dancing and crowd involvement alone could keep a sort-of fan easily amused. Her love for the stage is shown the instant she is on it.
2. She's a hit maker It's her sixth album and she's had mega hits off of each one. You can't go a day without listening to a top 40 station without hearing "If U Seek Amy." Most people could name five Britney songs off the top of their head. She collaborates with producers and songwriters who team up with her talents to create the newest, catchiest sound.
3. She is well-rounded OK,maybe people don't know this about Britney, but she does more than break it down for sold-out crowds. She has co-written some of her songs. Though it doesn't seem like a big deal, a lot of pop stars don't do this. She also plays piano (she created the tune for "Everytime"), and keep in mind, she did begin as an actress in Disney's Mickey Mouse Club.
4. She's got a rockin' bod When we look at magazines or blogs today, we see anorexia, bulimia, and drug-infused weight loss all over. What happened to good old-fashioned normal people? Britney's got a fit body. She has the body of an active mother, and it's refreshing to see this quality in a woman.
5. She hit rock bottom She went straight-up crazy, had a failed marriage, then lost her kids and basically her career. From there, she sought out the help she needed and is now moving forward in a positive direction. Her sons are on tour with her and she is picking up the pieces of living in the spotlight that shattered her mentally, physically and emotionally.

Everyone in London is excited about Britney Spears' arrival next month for an eight-show stay at the O2 arena.
The Circus, Spears’ first arena tour in five years, began March 3 in New Orleans and wound up its U.S. and Canada dates April 29 in Chicago. The star will take a short break before taking the tour to London.
According to Billboard magazine, the tour is the second most profitable, grossing $4,062,953. Elton John’s run at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas is number one. And when the pop tart does check in to the Dorchester Hotel, a favorite of Elizabeth Taylor's, she's voiced a few requests for things she'd like upon check-in.
Here are some of the demands from Spears' rider, courtesy of an employee on the hotel circuit.
*A room that has "never" been smoked in at all. *Humidifiers in all areas. *A selection of the latest magazines. *A fresh selection of flowers that she will then arrange herself. *DVDs of her favorite Marilyn Monroe movies. *Books. Ideally, topical chick lit novels. *Lighting must be 100 watt bulbs - no low lighting. *Running routes for nearby Hyde Park. Also, horse-riding opportunities. *A list of different routes to the venue from the hotel to keep the paparazzi at bay.
The singer will be bringing her own pillow supply. It's nothing to do with the hotel, her staff says, it just a comfort thing.

Spears will check in under various names. So far one been Sugar Kane, a reference to favorite Monroe movie "Some Like it Hot."

On Friday Brit, Sean Preston and Jayden James headed down to the pool at the Mohegan Sun Casino – where she performed Saturday and Sunday night – for some fun in the sun. The trio had a great time together, an eyewitness reports.
"[Sean] was running around the pool and jumping in off the sides," the eyewitness tells OK!. "He was a great swimmer. Both kids had floatees on. Britney was playing with them in the pool."

A lawsuit by Britney Spears' ex-manager against the pop star and her parents will not go to trial until next year, a judge ruled today.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Zaven V. Sinanian scheduled the trial of Osama "Sam" Lutfi's lawsuit for March 8, 2010. Attorneys for Jamie Spears, the singer's father, said his client is considering bringing a countersuit, while a lawyer for Lynne Spears, the entertainer's mother, said he may seek to dismiss the defamation claim against her on grounds it interferes with her free- speech rights.
However, attorneys on all sides also told the judge they will see if the case can be resolved with the help of a private mediator.
Lutfi's lawsuit alleges the pop star's mother defamed him, that her father assaulted him and that the singer owes him money for management fees.
Lutfi's court papers allege that Jamie Spears punched him in the chest at the singer's home in January 2008.
In the defamation claim, Lutfi's court papers cite passages in Lynne Spears' book, "Through the Storm, A Real Story of Fame and Family in a Tabloid World," which he said contain false information, including a claim that Lutfi admitted he threw away Britney's phone chargers and disabled her house phones.
The suit was filed in February, four days after Spears was granted a temporary restraining order against Lutfi, her 36-year-old former boyfriend Adnan Ghalib and attorney Jon Eardley, forbidding all three from having contact with her, her parents and her two young sons.
The order was later extended until 2012 against Ghalib first, then later until the same year against the other two men as well.
