A restraining order was recently filed against Sam, which was requested by Britney's parents. In shocking court documents released yesterday, LYNNE SPEARS claimed her daughter's confidant crushed up medication and put it into her food.
In speaking with ET, Sam does not acknowledge the allegations, simply saying, "Britney takes prescription medication."
As to reports that he admitted to medicating her, "That ... stuff is fake," he says.
