Britney Spears and K-Fed Finalize Custody Agreement

It’s official! Britney Spears and Kevin Federline’s custody settlement was reportedly signed on Friday by the judge on the case, which brings an end to what’s been a nearly two-year custody battle.

As previously reported by Gossip Girls, K-Fed kept sole custody of their two sons in the deal - agreeing to allow Britney two visits and one overnight per week with the chance of an additional overnight as long as there aren’t any setbacks before year’s end.

Of the finalization, Britney’s attorney Laura Wasser told People magazine: “She’s thrilled. To have more time with her kids has been her motivation to get well. In light of her outstanding conservatorship, she couldn’t have asked for anything more.”

Meanwhile, Federline’s attorney Mark Vincet Kaplan told press: “This has been a long ordeal [for Kevin] and for it to be over makes him very happy.”

Britney Spears: Out With Mom

Long gone are the days of seeing her cruising around aimlessly with Adnan Ghalib or Sam Lutfi, and last night Britney Spears was seen out and about with her mother, Lynne.

The pop princess and her mom were spotted in a chauffeured car at Glenwood Place. Lynne arrived on Wednesday evening to spend some time with her eldest daughter, as she’s been tending to Brit’s little sis/new mommy Jamie Lynn as of late.

And as an update to the Gossip Girls’ reports on Britney’s video for Madonna’s upcoming tour, it seems she filmed a rather intense scene earlier this week that is sure to get concert goers on their feet.

According to a report, the “Gimme More” songstress finds herself wearing a black hoodie while trapped in an elevator. She “starts to kick the wall and hit things. At one point she screams into the camera. In a state of panic Spears takes off the hood, revealing her long blonde locks, looks straight into the camera and says her famous line ‘It’s Britney, b**ch.’”

Britney Spears: Another New Man?

Has Britney Spears already moved on from her paparazzo lover Adnan Ghalib? From the looks of things, it certainly seems that the recently inseparable couple has suffered a setback - as Britney spent all night Saturday with her manager and his pal, with Adnan nowhere to be seen.

To start things off, the Gimme More singer and manager Sam Lufti paid a visit to one of Britney’s favorite eateries, Jerry’s Deli in Studio City.

From there, Spears was driven around Hollywood by Sam before picking up new groupie, Chard Hardcastle, in West Hollywood.

According to an insider, “The mystery surrounding new Britney entourage member Chad Hardcastle continues. A multi-millionaire pastors son from Florida, he is rumored to be the man Britney’s companion/manager Sam Lutfi wants her to date.”

And with the big smile on Britney’s face throughout the night as Chad took pictures of the paparazzi, it looks as if this is one romance that may just work.
