Hurray for Hollywood ... Britney Spears just might manage a successful comeback after all.

Florida-based attorney Jorge Hernandez has been retained to head up the Brit's audit with Jive, her longtime record label, to determine whether the company owes her money. The pop diva did not appear in court yesterday, as noted in the minute order realeased today, which states, "The court finds that the proposed conservetee is aware that this hearing and has chosen not to appear." The minute order also states that going forward, all doctors names wouldn't be disclosed.

Britney Creates Mama Drama

Britney Faces Two Psych Evaluations
