Just a quick update but according to both Radar Online and a site that breathes rather heavily Britney will be performing at Rain at the Palms on Friday.Like always, keep your expectations low since no official source has said anything about a performance. But just in case it is happening I've already made my funeral plans. It's really going to be a lovely ceremony with ''Get Naked'' blasting from my church.
The following italicized article is from www.radaronline.com:Britney Spears lost a legal ruling in the lawsuit filed against her by a former bodyguard, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
A judge ruled against Team Spears’ attempt to have that lawsuit consolidated under the conservatorship that still governs Britney.
Instead, the case, brought by Fernando Flores, will be fought in Los Angeles Superior Court. The judge handling Britney’s conservatorship will not hear the case. Spears motion to consolidate the lawsuit under the conservatorship was denied in a brief ruling issued Tuesday.
"The Court finds that the cases....are not related and the Motion to Transfer this action to the Probate Department of the Central District is denied. Each case is to remain in the departments in the respective districts where they are currently assigned. Per request and agreement of counsel, the court allows 20 days to respond to the complaint,” the judge wrote.
Flores made shocking allegations against the pop star, including that he saw Britney physically strike her two children, and that she paraded around naked in front of him. Lawyers for the conservatorship contend that Flores’ claims are baseless and without merit.Source: Radar Online
Every aspect of the story published by Star Magazine is completely and utterly false and Star Magazine was informed of the falsity of this story before it was published. The statements attributed to Jason Alexander are a complete fabrication as Britney has not had any form of communication with Mr. Alexander in years. The audio recording posted on Radaronline this morning purporting to be between Britney Spears and Jason Alexander is so obviously fake as to be laughable. Suffice it to say, that Jason Trawick has never laid a hand on Britney. This is just another example of the irresponsible nature of the tabloid media relying on shoddy sources and false information for the sole purpose of selling magazines, without regard to the truth and without regard to who they hurt in the process. These irresponsible statements are defamatory and Britney Spears' legal team will be taking legal action against all of the appropriate parties. Source: BritneySpears.com
The following italicized article is from www.radaronline.com:A new track from Britney Spears upcoming album has been leaked months before its planned release, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
The pop sensation plans to release Pleasure You - a three minute tune in which Spears stays true to form and sings about being submissive, a servant and doing whatever it takes to please her man.
The track was played to RadarOnline.com by a source connected to the singer.
The leak has infuriated record bosses at Spears’ label JIVE, who were stunned when informed of the unauthorized release by RadarOnline.com.
"We are totally unaware of the song being leaked," a JIVE rep told RadarOnline.com.
"We don't know how her song or any other artists song could have been released. We're looking into the issue."
One verse of the track is particularly colorful where the pop star sings:
"If you want to get rough in that lay on your back, I got the max suddenly I'll pull you through whatever just to pleasure you."
The song beat is soft and slow, curiously, like that of an R&B song — a monumental shift for the pop starlet.
"We can't discuss details as to if she's working on a new album," the rep told RadarOnline.com.Source: Radar OnlineUpdate - Britney's team confirmed this story as BS.
The following italicized article is from www.radaronline.com:Britney Spears' conservatorship is coming to an end, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
The conservatorship held over the pop star will most likely end within three months, a source close to the situation revealed exclusively to RadarOnline.com.
"Britney has made tremendous progress in the past three to four months. She seems to be firmly in control again," the source said.
Spears met privately with Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Reva Goetz on Thursday morning in the judge's chambers.
"Judge Goetz needed to meet with Britney and talk to her face-to-face, to see how she was doing," said the source.
"It's one thing to read medical reports about her, but the in-person meeting was very important.
"Britney's court-appointed attorney, Sam Imgham was the only other person in chambers during the 35-minute meeting.
"Judge Goetz also met with Britney's father, Jamie separately, as well as with Brit's therapist."
It will be the judge's decision if and when to end the conservatorship and while Judge Goetz is carefully considering all the facts, the source said the singer should expect the conservatorship to end in three months.
The conservatorship has been in place since February 2008 -- after Spears had several public breakdowns -- and was subsequently hospitalized at the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute.
She lost visitation with her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James.
But these days things are much different -- and better.
"Britney essentially has joint custody of the boys with Kevin. They co-parent them," the source said.
"Her boys are simply the most important thing in the world to her.
"Britney also will be releasing an album in 2011, and there are other projects in the works. Britney knows that she came close to losing everything before, and she doesn't want that to happen again."
People close to Spears credit her turnaround to the efforts of her father, Jamie.
"Jamie put his life on hold to save his daughter," said one source.
"He knew he had to step up in order to save her. Jamie and Britney have had their fair share of fights, but now they have a very strong father-daughter bond.
"Britney recognizes the sacrifices her dad has made."
No one, including Jamie, wants to end the conservatorship before Spears is ready to take control of her life again.
"No one wants Britney to fall prey to the people that were in her life during the time when her problems overwhelmed her," said the source.
"Britney's inner circle now is very close, and trusted.
"The other man that has played a tremendous role in her life is her boyfriend, and former manager, Jason Trawick. Britney truly loves and trusts him. Jason stood by her even when they weren't dating and he's wonderful with her sons and they adore him."
The conservatorship likely will end in two phases, with Spears taking control of her financial affairs in the second stage.
"There will be a hearing for the conservatorship to end. This won't be done in secret," the source told RadarOnline.com. "There is nothing to hide, everyone just wants to be cautious that it's the right time, and all signs seem to indicate that it is."
The next conservatorship hearing is scheduled for October 14.Source: Radar Online
The following italicized article is from www.radaronline.com:Britney Spears' complicated life just got a little easier as the child abuse investigation against her was dropped by the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services, RadarOnline.com learned exclusively.
The investigation was sparked by allegations made by former bodyguard Fernando Flores who had accused her of beating her two sons, Sean Preston, 4, and Jayden James, 3.
The department said there was "absolutely no truth to the accusations," a Spears' family insider told RadarOnline.com.
"Sean and Jayden's pediatricians submitted documentation that the boys were healthy, and that they have never seen any signs of abuse. The case was officially closed after the department received that information from the boys' doctor," revealed the source.
Social workers initially visited the singer's home after Flores made shocking allegations that she beaten the boys with a belt that he had been wearing.
The claim was, "absolutely outlandish and absurd. Britney would never lay a hand on either one of her sons, she loves them so much," said the insider.
"Flores is an opportunist seeking his 15 minutes of fame," revealed another source close to the family.
Britney and her ex-husband Kevin Federline have reached, "common ground with the boys, and they truly parent them together," an eyewitness tells us.Source: Radar Online
The following italicized article is from www.radaronline.com:Social workers made a visit to Britney Spears' home as part of an investigation by the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services that the singer abused her two sons, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
The blockbuster development comes after Spears' former bodyguard, Fernando Flores, allegedly claimed that the pop star abused her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James last March or April.
Flores told a British tabloid that Britney asked Flores for his belt, and then he says he witnessed her abusing the boys.
Flores didn't get into specifics about any alleged injuries, or if one or both children were targeted.
Now RadarOnline.com has learned that a complaint was lodged against Spears, forcing DCFS to investigate.
A Spears family insider tells RadarOnline.com, "Social workers visited Britney's house recently about the alleged abuse allegations. Under California law, anytime anyone makes a report to child protective services, a welfare check is required to be made under law to further investigate.
"It doesn't matter who has made the claim, or how outlandish it may seem. During the visit by officials, there was absolutely no signs of abuse. The boys are happy well adjusted toddlers that love their mama and Britney is fiercely protective of them.
"The investigation is 95 percent complete and no further action will be required. All that is essentially going to be done at this point is for the paperwork to be finished and then the case will be closed."
Flores is described to RadarOnline.com as "an opportunist seeking his 15 minutes of fame. Flores is a former disgruntled employee that is trying to take advantage of Britney."
Britney and K-Fed were spotted at the boys' pre-school graduation together last week.
The family insider says, "Britney and Kevin parent the children together, and they have developed a very healthy relationship that truly enables the boys to thrive. They are united in parenting the boys and trying to raise them in as normal environment as possible.
"If Kevin thought for one moment that the boys were in harms way while they are with Britney, he would immediately go to family law court to have the situation addressed and dealt with. Britney is rarely alone with her sons, usually her boyfriend, Jason Tarwick, is with her during their visits, or her dad is there."
There has been absolutely no action by K-Fed or Britney regarding any custody issues with the boys, RadarOnline.com has confirmed with public records with the Los Angeles Superior Court system. The last time there was any movement was in September 2009, and that dealt with one of the parents getting one more day of visitation per week.
This isn't the first time DCFS has investigated Spears. Back in 2007, her former bodyguard, Tony Barretto, had a two-hour meeting with officials from the office and his attorney, Gloria Allred.
Barretto claimed to witness Spears using drugs, and was concerned about her then erratic behavior. Barretto requested that a formal investigation be opened into the matter. Spears eventually lost custody of her sons in early 2008 after she was placed under a psychiatric hold.
Spears has flourished since being placed under conservatorship, and she essentially has joint custody of her sons.
In 2006, when Spears was still married to Federline, a nanny accidentally dropped then 7-month-old Sean Preston, and he subsequently hit his head. DCFS visited the Spears household after Brit and Kevin took their son to the hospital and concluded there was no evidence of abuse, and no further action was taken at that time either.Source: Radar OnlineTMZ has learned a former, part-time security worker for Britney Spears contacted the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services, claiming Britney abused her sons, but his timing raises suspicions.
Sources say Fernando Flores claimed Britney whipped one of her sons with a belt. Flores made other claims that Britney abused both sons. But sources tell us Flores did not utter a peep for more than a month after he was let go.
A source close to Britney and her family tells TMZ, "The allegations made by Fernando Flores are absurd." The source adds, "Flores was never an employee of Britney. He was never an employee of the Spears family. He worked part-time for a security company."
And sources say Children Services investigated -- as they must -- and determined the claim had no merit.Source: TMZClaims from Britney Spears's former bodyguard that the pop star allegedly hit her two sons with a belt are false, sources tell PEOPLE.
"Britney is quite the opposite – she doesn't discipline them enough and she will do anything to keep the boys happy," says one source close to Spears. "There are issues with Britney, but her abusing the boys are not one of them."
Fernando Flores told a British tabloid that he had witnessed Spears, 28, hitting her children, Preston, 4, and Jayden, 3, in March or April 2009, but another source tells PEOPLE the allegations are untrue.
"It's ridiculous what the guy is claiming. It never happened," says the source.
The Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services sent social workers to the singer's home, according to RadarOnline, but the visit was routine since California law requires a welfare check anytime a report is made to child protective services.
"Everything is fine," says the second source. "Britney has done nothing but be a great mom to her kids."
Spears's rep did not return requests comment.Source: People

The following italicized article is from www.radaronline.com:Forget about all that talk that Britney Spears owes her toned new body to eliminating junk food from her diet.
Britney and boyfriend Jason Trawick saw the movie Zombieland on Tuesday night in a nearly empty theater in Calabasas. We nearly dropped our Raisinets when Brit walked into the nearly empty lobby. And yes, she does look as great as recent bikini photos have show.
But an eyewitness, trying not to stare, quickly discovered that the singer's hot new bod is not because she's depriving herself of junk food. She had a humongous bag of popcorn and didn't wait to get inside the theater before munching away. She and Jason then got the largest size slushie and slurped away.
Seems like the romance is still alive: Britney and Jason walked arm-in-arm into the theater.Source: Radar Online

The following italicized article is from www.radaronline.com:It's a Circus on stage, but off stage it's far less chaotic. A source close to Britney Spears tells RadarOnline.com exclusively that the Circus Tour has been the best thing to happen to the once-troubled singer and she has made so much progress that her father's control over her affairs will end. "Britney is in a terrific place right now," the source said. "She absolutely loves being back on tour."Initially her father Jamie was worried about the demands of a tour. "He wasn't a big supporter of her going on the road, he didn't want her to take on too much, too soon," the source said. But "Britney was absolutely adamant that she be allowed to go on tour. She assured her family, and management that she was ready to do this, and that she really needed to do this."And so far she has handled it extremely well, so well, in fact, that RadarOnline.com has learned her father will not accompany her for the entire tour. What's more, people close to the situation are now saying there will be an end to Jamie's conservatorship of Britney. "This was the plan all along, to slowly get her back to the routine of her life, it (the conservatorship) won't last longer than it needs to," the source said. "Success will be achieved when this conservatorship ends, and Britney is ready to resume full control of her life."Source: Radar Online
The following italicized article is from www.radaronline.com:Pop star Britney Spears flew into Miami today via private jet and landed in the hospital--but it's not what you think. Spears stopped by Miami Children's Hospital for a surprise visit with sick kids and to donate $100,000 to the hospital's Big Apple Circus Clown Care, a community outreach program that brings the joys of the circus to hospitalized children Pediatric radiologist Ricardo Restrepo and Lee Schrager, Director of Media for Southern Wine and Spirits America, arranged for the singer to visit the hospital, saying the circus theme of her tour was a natural tie in for a hospital with clowns.Spears was with her dad, Jamie, who has been keeping her on a literal tight rope since the pop tart kicked off her Circus tour in New Orleans last week. Although papa Spears tried to prevent us from snapping any shots, we managed to snag one of Brit, who looked surprisingly fresh, dewy and poised, if not a little robotic. The singer posed for photos with kids, barely spoke beyond "Say cheese," and was in and out in literally ten minutes. But that's OK-- she's busy. Tonight, Brit brings her Circus show to the American Airlines Arena in Miami. Sources tell RadarOnline.com that Britney's mom Lynne and baby sister Jamie Lynn flew a separate jet into Miami to join her tonight. Those hoping Brit will go batty in Miami tonight should look elsewhere for train wreck material ---(such as the Seminole Hard Rock where Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson are trashing a party)----as it is clear her dad has her under serious surveillance.
