Britney Spears' beau and manager Jason Trawick has a new gig. The 39-year-old has left his position at William Morris Endeavor to "create an arts and entertainment division" for a company called Famos LLC.
So what does this mean? Trawick will no longer be Spears' agent. He'll oversee Famos' arts and entertainment brand, F*star. The brand will be a partnership with musician and media impresario, Dave Stewart and legendary Rolling Stones' frontman, Mick Jagger.
Trawick -- who worked for WME for 12 years -- will continue to work closely with his former employer as the new online service, currently under wraps at www.famos.com, readies for a planned summer debut.
"As agents, we're constantly getting pitched deals with some new technology that's going to revolutionize this or monetize that, when basically they're all just reading off the same script," Trawick said. "Famos is a different animal -- a disruptive technology that respects the artist and values the fan, which is basically everything my clients ever wanted… It's a very exciting opportunity for me professionally, and I'm humbled to be a part of such a visionary partnership."Source: US Weekly
Britney's back!
Sources tell Us Weekly that Britney Spears is heading to Las Vegas this weekend to perform live at Sunday's 2011 Billboard Music Awards.
The 29-year-old pop star will take the stage two times.
Spears will do one performance -- potentially the opening number -- with Rihanna, 23. The duo will perform Rihanna's hit song "S&M."
Spears will also be performing for the first time ever with Nicki Minaj, 26. Spears and Minaj will partner up for a remix of Spears' hit "Till The World Ends."
Minaj first met Spears in April. Later that month, Spears confirmed on her website that Minaj would be joining her Femme Fatale tour this summer.
"I'm obviously honored to be out with Britney," Minaj told Us of the tour. "She's freakin' paved the way for so many things right now in pop culture. I'm excited to be on with her."
So what will Spears' return to the live television be like? "It's gonna be big," a source says. "People will definitely be talking about it the next day."

I’m at such a different point in my life now than I was back then. I’m more mature and much more hands on now. I know exactly what I like and what I don’t like. I guess that can make the recording process pretty difficult, because I’m very particular about songs I put my voice on.
You’re a parent now, too. How has motherhood changed you?
It really puts life into perspective. You have to think about all your decisions so much more carefully, because they are affecting your kids too. My priorities have changed and I do everything for the boys. They remind me what life is about.
Tell Us about Preston and Jayden.
Jayden is the youngest and he might be the mama’s boy. He’s very outgoing, always making us laugh, and he’s very creative. Preston is definitely the big brother. He’s very independent. He’s really, really smart and thinks everything through.
What are they into these days?
Their new favorite thing is dressing up as different superheroes, and they’re just so cute! They especially love Batman and Spiderman. We love watching Disney movies together. I also love reading them Fancy Nancy books (a children’s series by Jane O’ Connor and Robin Preiss Glasser) before bed.
What do the boys think of your music?
They are my biggest fans. I make up songs and sing to them all the time. They like to watch me dance. In fact, they join in and do their own moves!
Will they get to see you in action on the tour?
They will be coming with me. I couldn’t go on tour without them! I’m always very busy when I’m on the road, but I make sure to have quality time with them every single day.
What’s your parenting style? And what about Jason’s?
With some things I’m strict and with other I’m easy going. I guess I’m right in the middle. Jason is amazing with the boys. They look up to him so much – they adore him. He’s their hero.
What else do you love about Jason?
We have such a great time together! He makes me laugh, and we are so comfortable being ourselves. We like to stay home, order in, watch movies, go to dinner with friends. And we love to get away for the weekend. Some of our favorite spots are Las Vegas, Hawaii, or Mexico.
Do you see yourself getting married again?

Though West later removed the tweet, that didn't stop Spears' manager Adam Leber from issuing a response on the singer's behalf.
"Thanks for 'letting' us be #1," Leber wrote sarcastically. "Much appreciated."
West later apologized, telling his followers, "On a serious note I'm truly happy for Avril Lavigne and Britney Spears. No hate in 2011...I thought LOL signified a joke."
