The following italicized article is from www.people.com:Britney Spears's father has obtained new restraining orders against her former manager, her ex-boyfriend and a lawyer, according to court documents filed Friday. Jamie Spears and lawyer Andrew Wallet, who oversee the singer's affairs as co-conservators, allege the three men "are now working in concert to disrupt the conservatorship with utter disregard for Ms. Spears's health and well being," the papers say. Text MessagingSpears's father says her cell phone records show "numerous telephone conversations" and text messages with her ex-manager Sam Lutfi and former boyfriend, paparazzo Adnan Ghalib. "[Britney] innocently informs [Ghalib] of her destinations and that he then arranges for paparazzi to meet and film her to his financial benefit," Jamie Spears says. "[He] is harmful to Ms. Spears and to her recovery." Her father also alleges that on Dec. 27 and 28, 2008, Lutfi tried to contact Britney through her hairdresser with the message that Lutfi was not responsible for creating the conservatorship. He allegedly sent a text message to the hairdresser saying, "I've done everything I can to free her from this. Very close to getting her free now." The restraining orders forbid Lutfi, 34, and Ghalib, 36, from contacting Spears or coming within 250 yards of her, her property or family members, according to the L.A. Superior Court papers.Jamie Spears also got a restraining order against lawyer Jon Eardley, who was involved in challenging the conservatorship proceedings. Previous Restraining OrdersA hearing on the matter is set for Feb. 23. Lutfi was slapped with restraining orders by Jamie Spears's lawyers before. But in July, a lawyer for the singer said they were no longer necessary to renew because enough legal protection was in place. Last October, Britney's father and Wallet were named permanent conservators by the court, granting them indefinite control over her life following her two forced hospitalizations in early 2008. The following italicized article is from www.tmz.com:TMZ has just obtained declarations from Jamie Spears and others in the latest Britney Spears case -- Britney's lawyer says Sam Lutfi had inserted himself and tried peddling false and hurtful info about Jamie, Britney and others in her family. Sam allegedly was calling lawyers saying that Britney wanted to hire her own lawyer, presumably to fight the conservatorship. Sources tell TMZ that is definitely not what Britney wanted. As we first reported, the conservators for Britney Spears obtained a restraining order today against Sam Lutfi, Adnan Ghalib and attorney Jon Eardley. We're told Brit herself is furious at Lutfi and Ghalib and would like to see them jailed. Here's the most interesting part....According to the legal papers, late last month Lutfi sent text messages to Brit's hairdresser, saying he wasn't responsible for the conservatorship. A week or so later, Britney received "instant messages from a person with the screen name ____....The person -- who posed as the mother of a daughter with autism -- made a number of utterly false and hurtful assertions concerning Mr. Spears and his family, threatening to go public with such purported 'information' unless Mr. Spears spoke with that person." Almost immediately after Brit got those messages, Lutfi began calling Jamie. One of the lawyers in the case filed a declaration saying over the past month she received "multiple telephone calls and text messages from Lutfi." She says Lutfi wanted to set up an urgent meeting to "speak with Mr. Spears and me with regard to what he claimed was 'information he had received about Mr. Spears and his daughter, Britney Spears as well as others.'" The attorney also says Lutfi claimed "he had been talking with Adnan Ghalib about the conservatorship and Ms. Spears' status as a conservatee."In another document, one of the conservatorship lawyers claims "Mr. Lutfi has sent text messages and instant messages that contain false and hurtful allegations concerning Mr. Spears, Ms. Spears, and the Spears family." The lawyer continues, "Mr. Lutfi, Adnan Ghalib, and Jon Eardley sought unsuccessfully to induce an attorney to file" false statements with the court. The papers make it clear...."Over the past month, Ms. Spears has had numerous telephone conversations with both Mr. Lutfi and Mr. Ghalib and has exchanged numerous text messages with both of them." But we're told now Brit is so mad at them she wants them locked up.Under the TRO, Lutfi, Ghalib and Eardley must stay 250 yards away from Britney, her parents and her kids. The TRO also prohibits the trio from "acting on Ms. Spears' behalf...inducing or assisting another person to file legal pleadings" on her behalf.Interesting fun fact: In the petition for the TRO, it says Brit has been communicating with Adnan and that "Ms. Spears innocently informs Mr. Ghalib of her destinations and that he then arranges for paparazzi to meet and film her to his financial benefit."Source: TMZ

The following italicized article is from www.tmz.com:We've learned Britney Spears has just obtained a restraining order against Sam Lutfi and Adnan Ghalib.Britney's lawyers went to court this morning to obtain the injunction.A source close to the conservatorship tells TMZ Britney asked her conservators to "protect her from Sam and Adnan." We've also learned Britney told her conservators she was afraid of them both and hoped they could be locked up in jail.A source tells TMZ the conservators believe Lutfi and Ghalib conspired to try and undermine Britney's conservatorship in a way that would have been extremely harmful to her. We're also told attorney Jon Eardley -- the dude Lutfi used early last year to mount a bizarre, baseless attack on the conservatorship -- was allegedly also in on the conspiracy and the TRO is against him as well.Source: TMZ
The following italicized article is from www.ok-magazine.com:Her new album, Circus, leaped to No. 1, and the tour built around it is a juggernaut designed to propel Britney Spears back to the top of the pop heap. But friends fear that the big comeback could become a circus in the worst sense: Britney, 27, is terrified she’ll end up forfeiting the allegiance of her sons, Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden James, 2, to her ex Kevin Federline’s girlfriend, volleyballer Victoria Prince.Britney was distraught, says a source close to Kevin, 30, after seeing photos of her sons in Prince’s arms at the Japanese Kitchen Steak & Seafood house in Kevin’s hometown of Fresno, on Jan. 19.Victoria, 27, has been “cuddling the kids and playing mommy with them,” a source tells OK!.“Things are very serious between Victoria and Kevin,” said the source. “At first Brit was mad, then she broke down in tears.”What will happen now? After struggling to overcome substance abuse problems and emotional instability with hopes of renewing her relationship with the boys, Britney seems sleek and energized. Can she perform through this new pain — or will the train fly off the rails again?“She hates the thought of this woman mothering her sons,” the source says. “She’s afraid Victoria will take her place. And it’s tearing her up inside.”Source: OK MagazineYawn, again.

This is such a great song, I listened to ‘Circus’ on the plane, and when I got to this song I stopped, and played it over and over. It’s so beautiful, and so sad, and I love the way it has an eerie sonic quality. As if the music was put into a funhouse mirror. Go girl. Great pop.Source: Lady GaGa's Official Playlist

IT'S back on again: Madonna is expected to tour Australia in September. Now the dust has settled on her divorce, her Madgesty confirmed on her website yesterday she was extending the Sticky And Sweet world tour, The Daily Telegraph reports. While the official statement confirms she is "looking forward to an amazing summer in Europe", prospective concert dates in Japan and Australia were leaked on her international promoter's site before being quickly pulled. But not before they were sighted by eagle-eyed fans, who posted the dates on fan blogs. The leaked itinerary featured four Australian concerts with Madonna scheduled to perform at Sydney's ANZ Stadium on September 26. A Madonna show at Melbourne's Telstra Dome has been pencilled in for September 29 and is tipped to be confirmed this week.
The Telstra Dome date - a Tuesday - would not clash with the venue's AFL commitments. Fans may have to shell out $150 for the cheapest seats, given the falling Australian dollar and Madonna's high production costs. Seats closest to the stage could sell for as much as $400. The website also listed shows in Brisbane and Perth, as well as Europe and Japan, before being swiftly removed. The last time Madonna performed in Australia was for the 1993 Girlie Show tour at the Sydney Cricket Ground. Also leaked and then removed from the same Live Nation website were details of the next leg of Britney Spears' world tour - and it looks like the comeback pop princess and Madonna will both be in Australia in September. Spears was slated to perform three concerts at Sydney's Acer Arena - right next door to the ANZ Stadium where Madonna is booked. While their proximity would fuel a frenzy of speculation about cameos at each other's shows, it is unlikely Madonna or Spears' jam-packed schedules would allow for an Australian duet.Source: News.au
