Today, we may have to get a neck brace after reading a post titled, “Britney And Jason Flaunt Their Fake Relationship In Santa Barbara.”
Try to follow this one, if you can, about Britney Spears and Jason Trawick.
According to one of X17’s photogs, “Britney and Jason are totally fake… This trip [to Santa Barbara] seems like an attempt for Jason to salvage whatever type of relationship these two have with each other because everyone’s reporting that they’ve broken up. Thing is … they were never really together!”
(1) If they wanted to “fake” a relationship, why would they haul out to Santa Barbara, where there’s a chance there may not have been photographers, when they could have easily gone to a paparazzi-infested place in L.A. like The Ivy?
(2) If their coupling is “fake” and “they were never really together,” as the X17 photog claims, then why would Trawick even need to “salvage” their relationship?
But here’s our favorite part: X17 suggests that the pressure of pretending their relationship is real is taking a toll on them. The site notes that as they left what was actually a romantic getaway, Trawick didn’t look good “with wild unkempt hair and circles under his eyes as if he were up all night.”
Uh, might we suggest that if the two were up all night, things are going real well between them?
Regardless, a source close to Spears tells Gossip Cop, the X17 tale is “Absurd! Their relationship is very real and they are together.”
Gossip Cop would like to suggest that the photographers at X17 either go to eye doctors or psychiatrists because they seem to see things that no one else does, like the time they reported Jennifer Aniston was at the same party as Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie when she was nowhere near that event.Source: Gossip Cop
Earlier today we saw a photo of Britney Spears here in Hollywood, CA yesterday at the LA premiere of Toy Story 3 but she and her beau Jason Trawick made their way out of town for a little romantic excursion to Santa Barbara, CA together where they were spotted earlier in the weekend before Brit sneaked into the movie premiere yesterday:
It really seems like Britwick just can’t get enough of those budget hotels, don’t it? I hafta say, Jason is lookin’ pretty wrecked in these photos … his scruffiness is lookin’ less manly and more fugly. The same uber-chic style chick who tipped us off to Sandy Bullock's MTV Movie Awards return, dishes that Britters has been checking out some oh-so-stylish outfits for the event (though there's no word whether the tykes will don matching tuxes, we assume they'll be in tow to the PG premiere).
Problem is, we hear stylists are a bit worried that at least one of the dresses Brit is considering may be too classy for the notorious Miss Spears.
The fab frock in question is a peach, chiffon couture dress with a high neck and elegant beading. Not exactly BS's usual style, and the people clothing her wonder if it's maybe "too formal." Translation: They're secretly worried she'll ruin it.
Have a little faith in the broad! We're all about changing up the look.

Britney's dad, Jamie Spears, is the official conservator and has the power to make life decisions for his daughter. But our sources say Jamie has quite intentionally pulled back and is allowing Britney to control her life -- where she goes, what she does with her kids, etc.
As for when the conservatorship will end -- it's sketchy. Late last year, sources told TMZ the plan was to end the conservatorship around this time. But it now looks like the conservatorship will last at least 'til the end of summer. We're told for his part, Jamie would like to set Britney free and get back home to Louisiana.
Sources tell us the court-appointed psychiatrist has conducted a new evaluation and is submitting his findings to the court. Everyone involved -- including the shrink -- say Britney is like a different person from the one who was on a 5150 in January 2008.
One final note -- although Britney is making her own life decisions, the conservatorship over Britney Spears "the business" will stay in place indefinitely.Source: TMZ

Secondly, I am THRILLED to know that Britney is still working feverishly on her new album. I’ve been hearing many rumors about the upcoming disc concerning which producers she’s working with, what the sound of the album may be … it’s all very exciting.
