The following italicized article is from www.tob.hollywood.com:As of today, things have finally started to move towards the path of betterment for Britney Spears. Earlier, the judge issued a restraining order against Sam Lutfi, finally ordering him to stay away from Britney.
The judge learned that Sam has been harassing Britney, therefore the ruling is effective immediate and will be in effect for 22 days for now. Britney’s parents, whom loathe the sight of Sam like most of us, intend on making that decision a permanent one.

TMZ reports that Britney went berserk while on the phone at the UCLA Medical Center after learning that her dad is now the conservator of her estate. Brit screamed in a thick British accent, “I’m so sick of all of this they can have the goddamn house and stick it up their f**king asses. Actually, no they can’t.”
The fallen popstar sounded drugged, naturally, and screamed at the top of her lungs over learning the tragic aforementioned news. At times, her yelling was incoherent to those around, so no one really had a clue what she was saying…nothing new there!
The cherry on the icing came when she screamed, “Nobody’s taking my house. Who is my family?”
Britney is adamant about not wanting her parents near her home and even said she’d fight them in court over it. So angry!
TMZ also reports that poor Brit is absolutely in denial, believing she is leaving the hospital tonight.
