And they go on ... "Photographs and personal information, particular information of a highly confidential nature (such as personal medical information of Ms. Spears and her children), can potentially reap thousands if not millions of dollars."The information is so sensitive the lawyers note on the open market "The possibility of such enormous profits presents a substantial risk that Ms. Spears' most confidential medical and personal information will be disclosed."So the attorneys want the sensitive info about Britney, Sean Preston and Jayden James sealed, and stat.Source: TMZ

The following italicized article is from www.accesshollywood.com:Britney Spears is looking to move to a “more quiet” neighborhood, according to court documents released Monday.Earlier this month, a Los Angeles court commissioner granted Britney’s father, Jamie Spears, the power to sell her Beverly Hills home. Now, new court documents obtained by Access Hollywood reveal the reason behind the singer’s search for a new place of residence.Britney’s current neighborhood is regularly visited by the paparazzi who sometimes station themselves outside of the neighborhoods gates, waiting to snap shots of the pop star. She hopes relocating will solve her paparazzi dilemma. According to documents, Britney hopes to move to an area with fewer residents and a “more quiet and less trafficked neighborhood.”In addition to seeking a quieter neighborhood, the documents go on to say Britney hopes a new home will provide her two sons, Jayden James and Sean Preston, with more access “to parks and recreation areas,” and “a larger backyard.”Britney Spears and Kevin Federline are scheduled to begin their custody trial August 25.Source: Access Hollywood
The following italicized article is from www.eonline.com:What Britney Spears really needs is a little peace and quiet. At least, according to a court commissioner. In court papers filed by Spears' conservatorship earlier this month, approved by Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Reva Goetz on June 17 and obtained by E! News today, Goetz gives the go-ahead for the singer to sell her Summit home to the highest bidder—because the place is a hindrance to Spears' parenting skills. In requesting the house swap, Spears & Co. argued that the mother of two was in need of a "lower density, more quiet and less trafficked neighborhood, that is also more accessible to parks and recreation areas."The conservatorship also argued that they could find "a more suitable" replacement residence with a "larger backyard that would be more appropriate" for Spears and the Feder-tots. (View the court documents.)Moving house for Brit is especially important now that Spears is back in the good graces of the court and, as a result, has her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James back in her life for more frequent—and as of this weekend, overnight—visits.Case in point: Fresh off their Saturday night stay at Casa Spears, the boys were back with Britney this morning, less than a day later, getting dropped off at her Summit residence at roughly 8:30 a.m.A source tells E! News that, as per the newly hammered-out visitation schedule between her and Kevin Federline, the boys are expected to remain with Spears for roughly eight hours.Source: E! Online

The following italicized article is from www.tmz.com:Jamie Spears needs to get paid y'all! Newly released court docs prove he's working hard for the money.Daddy Spears quit his job as a personal chef in February to watch over Brit 24/7. As compensation, the Commish agreed he could pay himself $2500 a week from Brit's cash. Court docs released today prove he's working hard for the money. He's her full-time bitch -- running errands, buying groceries, paying her bills, managing her medical care and "cooking supper on a regular basis." In addition to all these mundane little things, he spends his days and nights as his daughter's pal -- to "ensure her comfort and well-being."We're told Jamie filed these papers accounting for his every move to keep everything above board-- and make sure all involved knew exactly what he was up to.Source: TMZ
The following italicized article is from www.eonline.com:Isn't the Internet around to help you get your taxes done faster? A document obtained by E! News shows that Britney Online Inc., one of Britney Spears' numerous name-brand companies, owes $23,589.17 in state taxes on the entity's 2004 earnings. "Further interest and fees will accrue" if the sum is not paid, according to the Franchise Tax Board of the State of California. There's no word yet on how Britney Touring, Britney Brands, Britney Films, Britney Television and FairyZone Productions are doing as far as the state—or the IRS—is concerned. But isn't it inevitable that a court commissioner will solve the problem by simply pointing Spears' attorneys in the direction of her bottomless bill-paying pit, aka her estate, to take care of the back taxes?Source: E! In another ~shocking~ discovery in the Britney-Kevin custody case, Kevin has been spending a lot more than he's earning... a.k.a. POOR! Britney's lawyer Stacy Phillips "filed documents challenging the legal fees that Brit was ordered to pay for Fed-ex. Phillips claims K-Daddy "understated his income by at least $200,000." She also says Federline buried all sorts of personal expenses and pretended to have $800,000 worth of business expenses," according to TMZ. (NICE TIMING)It gets better, court documents state what Kevin has been spending all his money on, and well... Mark Vincent Kaplan has his work cut out for him. "According to the legal papers, Federline grossed $544,074.73 from his production company, "Gooseneck Productions" in 2007, and his expenses totaled $841,128.67. Phillips says Federline's so-called business expenses included "extraordinarily high tips for food and beverage services [e.g., $1,100.76 tip on $2,782 bill; $200 tip on $371.29 bill; and $2,000 tip on $365 bill].I'm glad he's so charitable with Britney's money giving several thousand dollar tips to his fleet of his skank-hos. The following italicized article is from www.tmz.com:TMZ has obtained documents in the Britney Spears conservatorship case, and what's clear is that Brit has too many wheels spinning. The commissioner signed an order giving the co-conservators the power to sell some of Brit's cars. And get this, the Britster owns seven -- count them -- seven cars. According to the documents, the cost of maintaining the vehicles is steep, what with insurance, maintenance and storage costs. The conservators say selling some of the rides "will save substantial expenses to the conservatorship estate."The company that will sell the cars is going to make a sweet 5% commission.Source: TMZ
The following italicized article is from www.people.com:Britney Spears has been ordered to pay $375,000 of Kevin Federline's legal bills, according to court documents released Monday. Los Angeles Court Commissioner Scott Gordon called the legal billing "reasonable," in large part because "the actions of [Spears] caused the great majority of litigation." Last week, the pop star's lawyer, Stacy Phillips, complained that Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, had over-charged Spears, and asked that Federline be ordered to contribute to his own legal bills in the former couple's ongoing custody case. Citing Federline's tip of $2,000 on a recent $365 dining tab, Phillips contended that Federline could afford to help pay "for the diligent work being done on his behalf." She also criticized Kaplan for raising his hourly fee.Family courts have the power to order one party to pay for the other's fees, based on income and needs. Federline had previously declared in court papers made public last year that he had no steady income, while Spears takes in more than $700,000 a month.Source: People
The following italicized article is taken from www.eonline.com:After not seeing her boys for almost two months, Britney Spears has scored her second face-to-face visit in the past three days. The embattled pop star received another in-home visit from one-year-old Jayden James and two-year-old Sean Preston on Monday, E! News has confirmed. The kids were again shuttled to Spears' home in Kevin Federline's gray Dodge Viper truck, driven by Federline's longtime security guard, at around 9 a.m. They departed shortly after noon. News of the Monday sojourn was first reported by jfxonline.com.While few details of Monday's mommy-and-me session were available, during Saturday's visit, Spears, 26, was not permitted to be alone with her sons. Among those present at the initial visit were her father, Jamie Spears, a court-appointed monitor, a Federline bodyguard and an attorney from the Luce Forward law firm, which is handling Britney's conservatorship for Jamie Spears. It was believed all parties were on hand again for Monday's visit. The boys have resided primarily with Federline, since October, when Spears was stripped of custody. The singer lost visitation on Jan. 3, after a custody standoff that ended with her being hospitalized and placed on a psych hold. The recent visits were the result of negotiations between lawyers for Kevin Federline and Luce Forward last week, with Jamie Spears also sharing a large portion of the credit. "None of this would have happened if Jamie Spears had not been involved. That's for sure," Federline attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan told E! News Friday. "He gets a lot of credit for helping make this happen. But we've worked very hard with the conservator lawyers, as well, to make this all work."Meanwhile, lawyers for the conservatorship filed new court documents Monday, urging a judge to end a civil rights challenge to Jamie Spears' control over his daughter's financial affairs.Attorney Jon Eardley, who claims he was hired by the troubled singer earlier this month, has argued in court documents that Britney's constitutional rights are being violated and is seeking to have her conservatorship case moved from Los Angeles Superior Court to federal court. In their latest motion, the conservatorship attorneys argue that Eardley has both failed to prove that he legitimately represents Britney, and to meet the court's filing deadline. They have asked that the case be immediately returned to Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Reva Goetz and that Eardley be forced to reimburse the approximately $43,000 in attorney fees racked up as a result of his actions.Source: E!
