Conservators To Dump Brit's Manager!

TMZ has confirmed that one of the things that went down in yesterday's hearing involving Britney's conversatorship is that the commissioner granted the conservators the power to fire her manager, Howard Grossman.

Commissioner Reva Goetz ordered Howard Grossman to turn over "all documents, records and assets relating to Britney Spears" to Brit's dad, Jamie, who, along with attorney Andrew Wallet, is the court-appointed conservator of Brit and her estate.

Though the firing hasn't gone down yet, we're guessing the reason Brit's fam wants him out is because Grossman has a very cozy relationship with Sam Lutfi -- something that makes Brit's family very uncomfortable.

Brit Attempts An Inside-Out Makeover

And in an exclusive interview set to air tonight on E!'s Daily 10, Kim reveals that the singer is much more in control of her senses than folks are giving her credit for.

"She's really a brilliant girl," says Kim, who arrived at Brit's house Thursday afternoon to find her mother Lynne Spears and her best friend Jackie, and two security guards inside. Kim says the singer couldn't have been more polite, and was a "true Southern woman."

Kim, who also worked on Lynne's hair during his visit, says that, despite reports of tension between Britney and her mom, he saw no evidence of a rift.

According to Kim, Britney, who made a phone call to her little sister Jamie Lynn, told him she wanted to change her image, and wanted her hair longer and sexy. Kim then told her to "put the wigs away, this is crazy. You don't want to be crazy!"

Britney's Parents Take Control

Britney was locked inside her Beverly Hills home yesterday, where she remained for over 24 hours -- something that hasn't happened for ages.

X17 has learned that both Lynne and Jamie are living with their troubled daughter now, trying to establish a sense of order. Apparently, they're working hard to keep a tight reign on Britney, which includes deciding whom she can and can't see.

As conservator, Jamie has the right to decide who visits Britney, which might be one of the reasons Alli pulled a u-turn on the way to Brit's house yesterday. After all, Alli is friends with Sam, so Jamie might be understandably concerned about opening up a path of communication with the man who's been ordered to stay away from Britney.

In fact, the only person allowed into her house yesterday was this woman (video below) whom Jamie picked up and brought in himself.

It looks as if Britney's parents are working together to re-establish some sort of order in their daughter's life (which had been spinning out of control). But is complete control the answer? I guess we'll have to wait and see!

Spears' Father: 'You Are Going To Die'

Spears was allowed out of UCLA Medical Center 11 days early on Wednesday after a court found no "just cause" to keep her in.

Jamie Spears, the singer's father, drove her to a private clinic, but according to The Sun, the popstar said: "I want my life back. There’s no way I’m going back in."

The popstar's credit cards were initially declined but, according to US reports, she was eventually allowed a room on the second floor and joined her British boyfriend Adnan Ghalib for a drink.

Britney's father confronted her at the hotel, which reportedly prompted a shouting match between the pair.

"Britney’s dad begged her to go back to hospital. He told her he feared she would die if she didn’t get medical help," said a source."

She said she was so angry that they made her go to hospital. She screamed, 'You can’t control me'."

Blonde Britney please! Blonde means business.

New weave wouldn't hurt either!

UPDATE: Stylist rep emailed --- she is not blonde, but a "sultry brown" with new extensions! It is very "long and straight." Can't wait for the debut.

Jamie Spears Granted Change In Conservatorship Over Britney

Britney Spears' father and coconservator, Jamie, was granted a change in the rules concerning his decision-making power over her medical, financial, and legal matters, a LA Superior Court judge decided Thursday afternoon.

Attorneys for both sides met with the judge behind closed doors. It is unclear what was decided or discussed.

He's Not A Doctor!!!!!!!!

Osama Lutfi has hired a publicist so that people can find out the truth about him. Uh huh.

His new mouthpiece is a fella named Michael Sands, who up until this week - when he was fired - was the spokesperson for Kevin Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan.

Well, Sands held a press conference on behalf of Lutfi Thursday morning and he talked a lot of shit.

However, one of the most alarming things he said was the following:

"Sam has been providing prescription medication, cocktails is what its called for Britney's medical issues. Sometimes the medication really doesn't work and you have to change it and you see outrageous behavior displayed in public."

He should not have been giving her ANY cocktails, alcoholic or medicinal.

Britney Spears needs to be under the constant supervision of DOCTORS and trained medical professionals!

Thankfully, her parents have a restraining order against Lutfi.

Spears Hires Lindsay Lohan's Former Bodyguard

Sam Still Avoiding Restraining Order

Brit's Family To Wasser: Come Back!!

Sam Has NOT Been Served
