Britney Spears: I Wanna Dance with Somebody!

The following italicized article is taken from www.tmz.com:

From the Hallelujah Department: Britney Spears continues to keep it low key -- despite paparazzi craving for something a little more exciting than a trip to Millennium Dance Complex. Oh, the poor creatures, how they long for a pink-wigged trip to Rite-Aid.

The recovering Brit Brit instead shook her booty again at the North Hollywood dance studio yesterday, where she was caught smoking in her ride as she showed up. She danced for about an hour and a half before returning to Summit. No drama, no vadge flashes, no British cussing.

WATCH: Britney Spears’ Bizarre Message To Heath Ledger

The following italicized article is taken from www.usmagazine.com:

When asked by photographers Thursday how she felt about actor Heath Ledger’s death, Britney Spears replied in her British accent, “He’s still here. Oh, yes. No one ever really dies. No one.”

The singer, 26 — who chatted with photographers from the driver’s seat of her car while her assistant, Karla, was shopping at an L.A. Rite Aid — also admitted she’s not well.

“I’m already very sick — but in a good way,” she said after she was asked by photographers if she needed a sweater to keep bare shoulders warm in the rain.

When quizzed on the whereabouts of her paparazzo beau Adnan Ghalib, she replied, “Who’s that?”

Spears also engaged photographers in conversation.

“What are you fellas doing tonight?” she asked.

After one shutterbug replied, “All we want to make sure is that you’re tucked in tonight,” she flirtatiously responded, “That’s not a good thing to say to a girl at all!”

After her assistant came out Rite Aid with bag, Spears popped her trunk and accidentally bumped her elbow.

“That hurt really bad,” she yelped. “I wanna cry!”

Britney: Yes, I'm Sick -- But In A Good Way!

The following italicized article is taken from www.tmz.com:

Miss Britney Jean Spears, when told to wear a coat against getting sick ... said "I'm already very sick, but in a good way." Oh, lordy.

TMZ caught Spears making two late-night trips to Rite-Aid, where she also attempted metaphysical philosophy by saying Heath Ledger is "... still here, no one ever really dies."

Later, British Brit worked out at 24 Hour Fitness for more than two hours ... BTW, she started working out at 1:30 AM and stayed for more than two hours. Welcome to her world.

Britney's Pap Pal: Our Relationship Is 'Far From Over'

The following italicized article is taken from www.people.com:

The same day that is wife filed for separation, photogapher Adnan Ghalib took to the airways Tuesday to discuss his relationship with Britney Spears.

Despite reports of a split – and seemingly false claims that Spears had taken out a restraining order against him – Ghalib told Entertainment Tonight and The Insider that the relationship is "far from over." (Indeed, the two were spotted together that night.)

He also insisted that he wasn't paid for the two-part interview and that he didn't get involved with Spears as a way to sell pictures. "No, never," he said. "In time I think people will understand that."

Asked if he wants to marry Spears, the paparazzo, 35, responded, "I'd be lying if I said no."

Scandal Prone

Ghalib – who said their relationship "turned romantic" before Christmas – also took the opportunity to weigh in on the series of scandals that have plagued the pop star, 26, in recent weeks.

On her hospitalization following a Jan. 3 standoff with police: "She didn't understand why she was taken to the hospital," he said. "She didn't feel the need to be there." As for the photographs of Spears laughing as she was wheeled out on a gurney, "I think she was just afraid of what was going to happen. It doesn't mean you are crazy."

On Spears being photographed buying a pregnancy test: "She has a very maternal instinct," Ghalib said of their recent Rite Aid run. (Photos of the trip were sold by his own photo agency, FinalPixx.) "She was feeling a lot of things she said she felt when she was pregnant. I think she was hoping she was pregnant with my child."

On losing visitation rights with her kids Preston, 2, and Jayden, 1: "Her primary focus is on re-establishing a relationship with [them]," he said. "She doesn't talk about a strategy to get them back. That's something that's very private to her. She loves those kids – it pains her a lot "

On Britney's mental state: "She is not crazy at all," he said, despite reports claiming that she is bipolar and has suffered from postpartum depression. (Some have even suggested she may have multiple personalities.) He also dismissed talk that Spears wrote a suicide note before her January meltdown. "She never has suicidal tendencies," he said. "You've got to understand the love she has for her kids outweighs anything else."

It's Over For Britney & Adnan

The following italicized article is from www.ok-magazine.com:

After a handful of headline-making weeks together, the romance between Britney Spears and her photographer boyfriend Adnan Ghalib has ended, OK! can confirm. Also, contrary to reports on various web sites, OK! has learned that the pop star did NOT file a restraining order against her former shutterbug sweetheart.

Los Angeles Police Department Officer Mike Lopez tells OK! esclusively that Brit "has never filed a police report against Adnan Ghalib nor has she requested a restraining order against him.

"Without Adnan by her side for one of the first times since their romance began shortly before Christmas, Britney was out and about, seeming to enjoy herself as she stopped by an L.A. Petco store to purchase $100 worth of goodies for her growing menagerie of pets at home."

She was smiling from ear-to-ear," one witness, who spotted Brit shopping with pal Sam Lutfi, tells OK!. And if you don't believe the witnesses, take Britney's word for it: "Today's a good day," she told a group of photographers. "I feel great. I'm so happy right now."

Sunday night, Brit was shaking her stuff at North Hollywood's Millennium Dance Complex, her favorite studio to rehearse at.

This development is a big change for Britney, who only last week was talking to friends about her desire to have a baby with Adnan. The pair were even photographed looking at pregnancy tests together at a Rite-Aid drugstore on Jan. 14.
