Britney Spears Pregnant, Not Likely!

Britney, who has been seen out and about on several occasions lately, doesn't appear to be sporting a baby bump - she actually looks pretty toned if you ask us.

Either Star Magazine photo shopped the picture or they caught the pop tart at a bad angle - either way, we're pretty sure she's not preggers with Adnan's baby.

The troubled singer has been in and out of the hospital twice in the past six weeks, I'm pretty sure during all the tests they would have seen some signs of pregnancy before now. She's barely even had contact with Adnan the past few weeks - and her visitations with the photog were probably supervised by Brit's dad Jamie anyways.

Besides, we're pretty sure Adnan (as sketchy as he is) wouldn't tell Star Magazine that Brit's pregnant - we all know he'd cash in with his own photo agency FinalPixx before anywhere else.

Star Magazine is hardly a reputable source. They also printed that Brit and Adnan got married a few weeks ago - which they never did.

We're filing this one under the rumor mill - until there's confirmation from a more reputable, more respectable source.

Update: The story so far!

What we know so far in a nutshell, is that Britney Spears checked out of the UCLA Medical centre earlier on today.

She immediately drove back to her home at The Summit before heading back out again with much apprehension of where she wanted to go, eventually settling on her trusted Beverly Hills Hotel.

Adnan, cars, lawyers, Century City, disappearing act blah blah blah, X17 pulling their hair out.....

Basically, Ghalib who was called directly by Britney upon her release, she had requested for Adnan to meet her at the Beverly Hills which he did, but unaware of the technicalities of her release. That people, at this moment remains the same. A mystery.

Lots of rumors.

Time will tell...

Adnan has been in contact with her parents previous to today’s events, and as the day has unraveled they have all agreed to get Britney safely back to her home so that she can get the medical care and love that she deserves.

We can reveal that Britney’s family, including Adnan are taking care of Miss Spears at The Summit and are all doing very well.

We hope and believe this is the true start of her recovery.

Update: After spending most of the evening with The Spears at The Summit Adnan left and went back home at 2.30am. This to give the family some alone time.

Breaking News: Sam and Adnan's Battle Over Britney!

UPDATE: An eyewitness tells OK! that Sam Lutfi and Britney Spears got into a huge fight tonight outside the gates of The Summit around 5 p.m PT. Their argument was so bad that Britney jumped out of the Escalade she and Lutfi were in and walked off down Muholland Drive alone.

TMZ is reporting that Brit then called boy toy Adnan Ghalib and, crying, begged him to come pick her up. Adnan told the pop star to go home and he'd meet her there.

A source confirms to OK! that Adnan arrived at Britney's home at The Summit just before 7 p.m. PT in a silver Mercedes. He tried to punch in the security code to the gate, but it didn't work. He then reportedly called the house but Britney didn't answer. Now OK! has learned that it was Sam who changed the gate code, and disconnected the numbers to Britney's six cell phones and her house phone.

Frustrated, Adnan then asked the security guard let him in, but the guard told him he was under strict instructions from Sam not to let Adnan past the gate.

According to sources at the scene, Adnan became irate and angrily approached the guard. He later told a paparazzi photographer that Sam was sending him threatening text messages, calling him a "manic trigger" and telling him, "If you continue to have any contact with her, you'll kill her. "

At 9:00 p.m., Britney reportedly jumped in her Mercedes and went speeding down Coldwater Canyon Drive with 15 to 20 paparazzi in tow. She abandoned her car in the San Fernando Valley sometime around 10 p.m. and jumped into Adnan's car.

Adnan's photo agency, Final Pixx just released the following statement:

"Adnan did not try to break into Britney’s house.Anyone who claims that to be the case has been severely misinformed.

Wife of Britney Spears’ Paparazzo Beau Files For Divorce

Britney's Pap Pal Surprised by Restraining Order Rumor

Britney Spears's photographer boyfriend, Adnan Ghalib, was surprised to learn of rumors that the pop star has requested a restraining order against him.

"All I can say is that I have not been in contact with Britney since early Friday morning," Ghalib says in a message posted on the Web site of his employer, FinalPixx. "The reason being, that I have has to attend a family funeral in Santa Barbara. My phone has been off during this time out of respect for my family. I am only now becoming aware of what is being said. I hope to be back home in Los Angeles soon and to be in contact with Miss Spears.

"The news of a the supposed restraining order came from two paparazzi who were invited into Spears's home at approximately 2 a.m. Sunday, and spent several hours with the singer and her longtime friend Sam Lutfi.

According to one of the photographers, Lutfi said that they'd filed a request for a restraining order against Ghalib because they want him "out of Britney's life."

"Britney asked us to leave the cameras in the car, and
 she poured some champagne for us. She was very sweet," said one of the photographers. "Sam was telling us to not worry about Adnan because they have filed a restraining order against 
him."

The Los Angeles police department says they are "not aware" of any emergency protective orders issued against Ghalib. The L.A. Sheriff's department also says no order was issued.
