Britney To Sing In Oz

The following italicized article is from www.smh.com:

Britney Spears is planning a worldwide concert tour, with Australia on the list.

Wade Robson, the Australian choreographer who is directing the Spears comeback, has revealed details of the pop singer's top-secret tour plans.

Robson, 26, is creating the show, which is expected to make or break Spears in the music industry.

"We just want to do something great and classy and elegant and exciting — and present her in a way that is her but a way that has never been seen. It's another side," said Robson, the Brisbane boy who is now one of the hottest choreographers in the US.

Not only is Robson the creative director but his wife, Amanda, is co-artistic director on the tour, which is expected to generate a wide level of interest because of Spears's much-publicised breakdown last year.

Robson confirmed Spears is hoping to bring the show to Australia, most likely towards the end of 2009. "Right now it's just a US tour and one or two dates in the UK but we're pretty sure that it's going to turn into a full world tour," he said.

Spears revealed on her website last week the cover and track list for her new album Circus, to be released on December 2.

After suffering one of the most public meltdowns in entertainment history (including shaving her head, attacking photographers and losing custody of her two sons), Spears is making a carefully constructed return to the main stage.

Britney Spears' 'Circus': Cover Art Revealed!

A month before Britney Spears' sixth studio album, Circus, hits stores, it's now time for the big album art reveal! Spears' official site, Britney.com, has the exclusive on this one, but in case you're not refreshing the page as often as we are, here it is.

While we have yet to hear Circus in its entirety, those who have report that the album is Britney at her finest -- closer to her pop beginnings with Swedish song maestro Max Martin, but still edgy where it needs to be. If the chart-topping performance of "Womanizer" is any indication -- "It's cool!" Justin Timberlake recently told EW -- Circus could be a huge hit.
