Since security guards and giant fences haven't done the trick, Britney Spears has gotten a temporary restraining order against the woman who was popped peeping around her home.

Miranda Tozier-Robbins was ordered by a judge today to stay 100 yards away from Brit and her home, according to E!. She will also be arraigned next week on two misdemeanor charges.

Toxier-Robbins was busted back on April 16 for sneaking into Britney's private Calabasas community and peering into the windows of her home.

Britney Spears took her boys out in London today for more UK sightseeing. The trio headed to the zoo to check out the wildlife and took a stroll through Hyde Park. Tomorrow she'll be back up on stage in Manchester, but for now she's got her hands full getting a taste of England with Sean Preston and Jayden James.

Britney Spears Does A Private Tour Of London

Yesterday we saw photos of Britney Spears and her young sons Sean Preston and Jayden James doing a bit of toy shopping in London, England on the family’s first day in London as “tourists”. Britney completed her 8th show of her tour The Circus starring Britney Spears at the O2 Arena on Sunday night and spent her Monday enjoying the city with her sons. Because she doesn’t have to be in Manchester, England until tomorrow, she is getting in as much sightseeing as possible. She spent the rest of her day yesterday taking the kiddies to Hyde Park and to the London Zoo:
I imagine that Britney will be making her way to Manchester sometime today or early tomorrow to prepare for her next show … but it was nice that she took the entire day to spend with her boys. I cannot imagine the toll that a hectic tour schedule has on a person (let alone a mother with young children) but it really looks like her people are taking great pains to ensure that she has a lot of downtime along the way. Brit Brit still has much touring left to go this year but if her people are careful to build a lot of non-work time into her schedule then I’m sure she’ll be just fine.

Spears: 'I'm Still The Same Old Silly Britney!'

Britney Spears says she's still 'the same old sill Britney' after recovering from a hellish two years of showbiz mayhem.

The star says despite a bruising divorce battle and temporarily losing custody of her two boys, she has been spat out the other side of fame in one piece.

'I don't think it's changed me at all. I'm more experienced now and I've learned a lot, but I don't think it's changed me. I'm still the same old silly Britney – ha ha!

Speaking as she packed up her London Circus show she said her life has been 'madness' and that she now longs for normal things.

She told OK! magazine: 'I don't look at myself as famous. That really freaks other celebrities out, because they do think of themselves as this goddess or this big celebrity, while I think of it as a job.'

'I go on stage and do my thing, and then I come off and I'm just like you, you know?' she said.

Despite the media frenzy that shadows her every move the mum of two says she can easily forget her superstardom.

'I know I'm famous but I don't look at it like other people do. Sometimes it surprises me because I forget that I am famous. I do – I totally forget.'

Spears says she was knocked for a six because she is 'very sensitive'. After her meltdown she now says: 'It took a long time for me just to be happy with me because I was always really worried about what other people thought about me.'

Now, the 27-year-old just craves 'normal things' telling: 'I just like eating tuna and talking to the dancers and watching television, you know.'

After being paid almost £15,000 a month to babysit his own kids, I’d have thought he’d been treated enough.

Jive Records is Pushing for Multiple Grammy Nominations

Submissions for the 2010 Grammy Awards won’t take place until September of 2009, but we are told that Jive Records will push for the final nail in Britney’s comeback: several Grammy nominations. Her album, Circus, was released in November of 2008 and has been one of the biggest selling albums of the past year. All her singles, “Womanizer,” “Circus,” and “If U Seek Amy,” have been major hits as well.

Some may laugh at the prospect of Britney Spears winning several Grammies. However, Grammy voters not only love comebacks, but have also been more keen to dance music lately. The only categories that Britney doesn’t have a chance in are Best Female Pop Vocal Performance (for obvious reasons) and Song of the Year. She is definitely ripe for an Album of the Year nomination as well as one for Record of the Year. She’s also ripe for Best Pop Album.

One year ago, everybody was saying that Britney Spears was over with. Now, Britney is filling up arenas at top ticket prices during one of the worst recessions ever. One has to not only credit Ms. Spears for curbing her destructive behavior, but her management, father, and Jive Records deserve thumbs up as well.
