Britney is bringing her Circus tour back to North America, kicking off Aug. 20 in Canada and stopping in several U.S. cities, including New York, Philadelphia, Las Vegas and Los Angeles. She also announced this week that her tour will go to Australia in November.

Britney Scores More Kiddie Time than K-Fed

We've learned Britney Spears and K-Fed have reached a new agreement on custody -- and now Brit has the kids more than 50% of the time -- at least during her concert tour.

Lawyers for Brit and Kevin Federline have filed docs with the family law Commissioner Scott Gordon, stating they have reached a new temporary custody arrangement. During June, July and August, Britney will have physical custody of Jayden James and Sean Preston more than 50% of the time. The lawyers submitted a calendar outlining who gets the kids on which day.

Contrary to some reports, we know that before the change Britney had the kids 50% of the time.

The 50/50 split will go back into effect once Britney's tour is over.

According to LA Now, attorneys for her father, Jaime Spears -- who has permanent control of her personal affairs -- submitted docs to the LA Superior Court last Friday showing it costs a little shy of $1 million a month.

A MONTH?

Yes, Jamie Spears and his attorney spent more than $10 million on the singer’s behalf over 11 months in 2008.

But here's where it gets interesting. Over a third of the money paid out – $3.6 million – went to lawyers.

Around 17 attorneys have worked on Spears' matters since February 2008, after she was declared unfit to manage her own affairs.

Spears has paid $168,790 to her conservator dad for his trouble, and her former husband, Kevin Federline, got $178,818 for child support for their two sons.

Poor Britney received $55,500 in spending money.

$55,000? Wow. That's hardly enough to keep a girl in designer jeans.

Her assets have been estimated at over $100 million. But we may never know for sure because it's all in private trusts. How convenient for those lawyers.

Britney Snubs Beyonce's Concert

However she apparently decided to spend the night in.

Britney To Earn $7 Million For Aussie Shows

NOT that she's short of a dime but Britney Spears is set to earn more than $7.6 million for her two-week Australian tour this year.

That's a neat $1.2 million per show for her six shows - particularly good money if those mime conspiracy theorists are correct.

Following yesterday's news that the tabloid princess is bringing her Circus concert for her debut tour here comes word that she stands to make a killing - even before a series of lucrative promotional performances is added to her itinerary.

Six November shows have officially been announced - one each in Perth and Brisbane and two each in Melbourne and Sydney.

Confidential understands that staffers for concert promoter Paul Dainty, who is bringing Spears to Australia, this week travelled to Adelaide to see if the enormous show would fit into the city's biggest arena.

The photos, which show Spears pole dancing to 'Gimme More' with just body art covering her breasts, were leaked yesterday, fuelling speculation that she had been unaware of their existence.

However, a lawyer for the unidentified photographer has told the New York Post that Spears herself had hired his client and had been the brains behind the raunchy routine.

"She was going to use this in the promotion of the video, but obviously, after [she] saw the content, decided not to," he explained.

"These weren't sneak pictures."

Representatives for Spears, who is halfway through her residency at London's O2 arena, have declined to comment.

Britney Spears kicked off the second leg of her tour The Circus starring Britney Spears in London, England last week (where she is scheduled to play 8 performances at the O2 Arena) but spent part of her weekend checkin’ out the sights around town in between shows. Britney, her children Sean Preson and Jayden James (who we know are the cutest little dancers EVER), their nanny Lourdes (Lulu for short) and her agent Jason Trawick (who has been joined at her hip in recent months) spent some time this weekend hangin’ out in London’s beautiful Hyde Park. Don’t they make the cutest family?
Yep … Jason Trawick is with her again (and lookin’ really cozy with her kiddies, I might add). To be fair, back in Britney’s hey day she always had her manager Larry Rudolph by her side and there was never any hint of impropriety between the two of them. I know that their relationship was strictly professional. But, back then, it did make sense that she would have her manager with her at almost all times. Jason is her agent … the guy who makes her biz deals. Agents don’t usually hang out with their clients, they are usually off making deals for their clients … so you can see why I might think there is something more personal going on between the two of them. I ain’t callin’ them Britwick for nothing.

Britney Settling Up With Ex-Manager

Britney Spears has one less legal scuffle to come home to.

Attorneys for the touring poptart have settled a lawsuit brought by a manger Spears worked with in the early aughts who complained that she broke her agreement to pay him commissions until 2008.

The "Toxic" singer worked with Johnny Wright until 2003, according to the suit, and she stopped cutting him checks at the end of 2006.

Terms of the settlement were not disclosed, per the Los Angeles Times.

Also in court today, Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Reva Goetz, who has been overseeing Spears' conservatorship and approving money exchanges right and left, signed off on another $193,000 in legal fees to be paid by Spears' estate mainly to the attorneys who handled this case.

Meanwhile, Spears had the night off Friday in between shows at London's O2 Arena, where she's set to perform eight times before moving the Circus to Manchester's M.E.N. Arena on June 17.
