The following italicized article is from www.celebrity-gossip.net:It’s been a big week for Britney Spears, who’s well on her way to a major career comeback. And last night she was in Los Angeles, helping to spread the Christmas cheer.
The “Womanizer” songstress took part in the Light of the Angels Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony at the LA Live entertainment complex, flipping the candy cane switch that lit up the tree’s lights.
And Miss Spears wasn’t alone- she was joined by councilwoman Jan Perry as well as Los Angeles’ mayor Antonio Villaraigosa.
Earlier this week, Brit Brit was also involved in the big tree lighting ceremony at Rockefeller Center in New York City, though she taped her segment ahead of time.
