Later today, the star will go to court in Los Angeles to ask if she can again have shared custody of her two sons Sean Preston and Jayden James. Britney’s ex husband K-Fed was given sole custody of the children back in January following an incident when the star refused to hand over the couple’s son’s to Kevin’s bodyguard – leading to the infamous stand-off with the police at her home.
Britney has since spent time in hospital and is slowly, but surely, taking steps to get her life back on track. She is hoping that her more stable behaviour of late will put her in favour of the judge, who will have to decide whether or not Brit is capable of taking care of the boys.
The hearing is also expected to include a discussion of a psychiatrist’s evaluation. K-Fed, who has always maintained that he wants Britney to spend time with Sean Preston and Jayden James, is also expected to be in court. We’ll bring you the results as soon as we have them.
