Britney Painting eBay Auction Launches

As I mentioned yesterday, the Spears family, who wanted fans to have the first look, is auctioning off an autographed 4x5 ft. oil painting by Daniel Maltzman on eBay with proceeds benefiting The Promises Foundation, an organization that provides behavioral health services to low-income women and their children.

In a written statement verifying it's authenticity, dad Jamie Spears says:

"I hereby verify that the portrait of my daughter, Britney, has been in our home since it was completed by the Daniel Maltzman Studio. I also authenticate that it is Britney's original signature on the painting.
