As I mentioned yesterday, the Spears family, who wanted fans to have the first look, is auctioning off an autographed 4x5 ft. oil painting by Daniel Maltzman on eBay with proceeds benefiting The Promises Foundation, an organization that provides behavioral health services to low-income women and their children.

In a written statement verifying it's authenticity, dad Jamie Spears says:

Up for auction is this autographed 4x5 ft. oil painting by Daniel Maltzman, with proceeds benefiting The Promises Foundation & Seasons of Love LA. Maltzman often incorporates pop-culture references into his work. Depth is created through use of a distinct multi-layering technique, pouring his own liveliness into each painting, ranging in price from $2,000 to $20,000.

Personal clothing once worn by Brit are just a few of the items going up for bid in the Gotta Have It! online Rock & Roll Pop Art Auction.

Among the items is a T-shirt worn by the pop star long before two marriages, two kids and a divorce, back when she was a cast member on the “New Mickey Mouse Club.”

The shirt, which Brit had given to her grandmother, is also signed by her former “MMC” co-stars, including Justin Timberlake, Christina Aguilera and Keri Russell.

“Something like that has never come up for auction before. We expect it to go for between $15,000 and $20,000,” Gotta Have It! owner Ed Kosinski told People.

The shirt is also signed by Brit, inscribed with the message: “I love you grandma,” according to E! Online’s Marc Malkin.

Other items up for bid from Britney include outfits worn onstage during her “Drive Me Crazy” and “Oops, I Did It Again” tours, the orange coat and pants she donned for the 2000 Billboard Music Awards and even a blue and white Santa dress she wore for a holiday Pepsi ad that same year.

Proceeds from the sale of the Spears memorabilia, which was provided by Tri Star Sports and Entertainment Group on behalf of the singer, will go to a charity of Tri Star’s choosing, according to People.

But Britney isn’t the only celeb with some goodies up on the block.

More than 500 items will be auctioned off in the Gotta Have It! auction, including Madonna’s personal diary from 1985, stage costumes and hand-written lyrics from the Material Girl, an authentic Elvis Presley jumpsuit and a pair of denim jeans worn by Marilyn Monroe in the movie “River of No Return.”

The jeans had actually been given to Britney as a gift from designer Tommy Hilfiger – but now, they can be yours!

The Rock & Roll Pop Art Auction runs from July 21 – August 6.

Seven articles of clothing once worn by the pop star are among the pieces being offered to the public by online auctioneers Gotta Have It! as part of their upcoming Rock & Roll Pop Art Auction.

Also on the block: a pair of jeans that Marilyn Monroe wore in the film River of No Return, which Spears had received as a gift from Tommy Hilfiger. Kosinski expects them to sell in the range of $60,000 to $80,000.

In addition to the Spears items, more than 500 lots will be offered – everything from an Elvis jumpsuit to Madonna's 1987-1988 datebook.

The datebook is "all hand-written and what she did day-to-day – if she had dinner, if she had rehearsals," says Kosinski. It even includes phone numbers for Madonna's then-husband, Sean Penn, and her Dick Tracy costar, Dustin Hoffman. Estimated selling price: $6,000 to $8,000.

The online auction will be open from July 21 until Aug. 6.

Yowsers! All those cute clothes Brit wore on "HIMYM" are being auctioned off at SeenOn.com. Don't get too hopeful tho -- some bids are in the thousands already. If I were a rich girl, I'd totally lay claim on the Nanette Lepore Yellow Lace Dress.

Just an FYI: More than 10 million viewers tuned in to watch Brit play a crushed out receptionist, drawing the show's highest-ever ratings. Every TV show should have a Britney.
