But Kevin Federline's girlfriend Victoria Prince barely bats an eye about him traveling for at least the first leg of Spears' Circus tour.
"Sure, it's hard being apart but I don't feel threatened by Britney," Prince told RadarOnline.com exclusively. "I'm a confident woman too!"
The six-foot blonde stunner, who shares a birthday with Spears, graduated from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 2006. A volleyball player, she competed against living legends Misty May-Treanor and Kerri Walsh in an AVP match in Hermosa Beach, California in 2007.
"I think it's great that Kevin and Britney are working together for their sons," she said. While Federline watches over Preston and Jayden as Spears performs from city to city, Prince remains at his Tarzana home and is staying mum about whether she will eventually join him on tour.
"Everything is good between us and everybody is trying to make the best of the situation," Prince added with a smile. "At the end of the day, the boys' needs are being met with this arrangement."
While the media circus she suddenly finds herself in can be "difficult" to deal with at times, the Washington native seems to be committed to staying true to who she is: "I just try and stay as normal as I can."
