Britney Is Very, Very Brady

Turns out Britney and Tom Brady have more in common than having kids who will never have to work a day in their lives.

Our spies at the Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in L.A. tell us Britney got herself a check-up this morning and, as we were told, "All system are go."

Britney, like T.B., had knee problems back in 2004, when she underwent arthroscopic surgery.

Now here's the thing -- there are reports Britney will hit the stage tonight with Justin Timberlake at Madonna's Los Angeles concert. But we're being told she may not perform at all -- and will only show up for moral support.
